When I reached out with pictures of the broken pieces it was blamed on shippin, granted one of the pieces may have been damaged during shipping, but the other piece and she other issues I had were from poor craftsmanship. Even though some of the edges were cracked and broken off. It came out great . Also the instructions were awful . But my husband is a handy man so he was able to fix it correctly despite the instructions. But I do recommend this product. And it looks great, and you’re able to move it around if need be . I paid $350 for this chicken coop and I am very disappointed with the quality. For the price, I expected something much better made. Several pieces of the wood arrived chipped, and some parts were actually cracked. The overall quality feels cheap and not worth the money at all. After spending all the time and effort putting it together, it was way too much of a hassle to take apart and return, so I’m keeping it — but I am definitely not happy with this purchase. If you’re thinking about buying this coop, just know that for the price, the quality may not match what you expect. I would not recommend it. ... show more

    • Cheaply made, instructions unclear, but it does make a pretty coop.

Material is what you pay for- not terrible for holding chickens or rabbits, but the wood is very thin and splits easily if you're not careful. Pros were that it makes a visually appealing little coop set up, and can be put together in two hours. Cons- the instructions were unclear with one sided pictures as explanation. They really could've done a better job with that. Secondly, the hardware was labeled incorrectly. We had four E bags, but no "B" or "D" bags, so we had to just guess which was which. Thirdly and most unfortunately, the photos show this product as being used separately if you want, as opposed to one double sided coop, but there is no way to secure the open ends if you want to keep them separate! I had to use chicken wire and make endcaps myself, which was a pain. I would put four chickens(hens!) in this entire thing, max. Ducks will be much too large for it- ours are three weeks old and they can't fit through the sliding doors. ... show more

Even though this has two coops, they are super tiny. The run in between is NOT a mear 27in wide, it's even smaller. More like 22in wide. Not even enough room for one chicken to walk around. Now, if you have quail...this would work perfectly. Also, the coops have NO ventilation. We had to remove the plastic windows to get air flow. My chickens hate it. They prefer to sleep on top than inside. It won't last one year outside because the material is so cheap. Your better off building your own. ... show more
