I'm trying to get back into it.. I'm not ever lifting 1000 lbs. I'd love one of those benches from the local gyms that has 1000 people in.. but this seems to do great. I won't hesitate to get under there with 200lbs on the bar (I'm 200lb). I don't think you can beat it for the price.

    • Nice Sturdy and High Bench
The only thing I didn't like is the gap between the seat and backrest. If you're using the bench flat your tailbone can be resting right on the metal but I cut 2 pieces of heavy foam and slid them in there. Fine now.

Exactly as pictured. Smooth transitions between levels. Item had a few breaks in the base when it arrived. I emailed customer service and within a week I had a brand new item at my door.

Update!! I reached out to the manufacturer by email and they replied 10 minutes later. They quickly sent over my broken part. for the holes not being cut/punched out fully you just have to bump it out, it'll pop out easily no need to return or drill it should pop out easily as it did for me. More than happy with my experience and the product it self easy to assemble easy to fold not too heavy but very sturdy. Reclines and inclines more than enough seat is adjustable and foot holds are adjustable for any height. Original review-- Unfortunately I got a couple defective parts. The pastic handle Part j(m10 screw) was completely destroyed upon opening. And I can't even use the bench because the holes on the main frame for the adjustable seat are not even cut out on 1 side. I was really looking forward to using this bench. Seems sturdy and easy to assemble but again I can't use it as it is right now. I hope the seller can fix this I'll update if so. ... show more

Bench came with a crooked gap between seat and back with a 3/4” difference between the left and right side. See pics. I thought I could ignore it, but it throws your symmetry off while lifting. Not thrilled.
