Installation took about 20-30 minutes single handedly. I am 5.5 height and 110lb weight. The bench itself is very rugged and I expect it to last a long time. The back support is good. What I liked about this bench is the ability to adjust the leg extension and also adjustment of the preacher curl pad. That feature is often not there in most of the benches. The angle of the leg extension could be better so as to let the leg go a bit back but it’s ok. The preacher curl pad is wide enough unlike most other similar items and that’s good also. The bench is foldable so that’s a big plus for apartment living. Can stow it away and it won’t occupy a lot of space. Now the negatives 1. The cover feels flimsy and not sure how long it will last. Time will tell. 2. The folding is not simple. One needs to detach the leg extension and the preacher curl attachments first or it’s rather big. The folding is also not very compact. Overall, for the cost of 125 USD, it’s worth it. ... show more

No really what I thought it was …. Not the best quality and preacher feels loose not comfortable to use . And for legs it’s maxed at 40 lbs . If you’re a beginner it’s probably good for you , not to open and close but to use .
