Good bench
Decent bench. A little too pricey. Movement is limited depending on the surface you have it on because there’s no wheels. The bench is sturdy during controlled movements. It was fairly simple to set up as well. I have not tried folding it yet but all the parts do come off for better storage. I do like the material they used on it. Definitely a bench I could sleep on.

Budget Bench with Good Features, but Not Premium Feel
The XCHIEF Adjustable Weight Bench is a decent option for home workouts, especially if you’re looking for something versatile and foldable. The 1000LB capacity is impressive on paper, and the bench feels stable enough for most standard strength training exercises like bench presses, dumbbell work, and core workouts. The adjustable settings are useful and easy to switch between incline, flat, and decline positions. It also folds up for storage, which is great for saving space in a home gym setup. However, the overall build quality feels fairly average. While it supports weight well for typical use, some of the materials and padding don’t feel as premium or durable as higher-end benches. The cushioning is okay but a bit firm, and long workout sessions may not be the most comfortable. Overall, this is a solid mid-range workout bench that gets the job done for home fitness users. Good functionality and value, but not quite a heavy-duty commercial-grade feel.

Simple and effective.
Seems pretty sturdy, was simple to assemble, and gets the job done. The only thing I wish it had was the ability for the back of the bench to lower below horizontal in order to work on abs. Horizontal is as low as it goes.

Very rugged and well proportioned
Installation took about 20-30 minutes single handedly. I am 5.5 height and 110lb weight. The bench itself is very rugged and I expect it to last a long time. The back support is good. What I liked about this bench is the ability to adjust the leg extension and also adjustment of the preacher curl pad. That feature is often not there in most of the benches. The angle of the leg extension could be better so as to let the leg go a bit back but it’s ok. The preacher curl pad is wide enough unlike most other similar items and that’s good also. The bench is foldable so that’s a big plus for apartment living. Can stow it away and it won’t occupy a lot of space. Now the negatives 1. The cover feels flimsy and not sure how long it will last. Time will tell. 2. The folding is not simple. One needs to detach the leg extension and the preacher curl attachments first or it’s rather big. The folding is also not very compact. Overall, for the cost of 125 USD, it’s worth it.
