The sound is lower than the B250 models. When everything is turned up all the way its still not that loud. If I am in a room with other noises of any kind I can't hear the person that I am talking to and it's the same way if I use it as a headphone for my TV volume full blast and sound is low. I made mistake and order a refurbish pair. Wanted a new pair. Something is wrong with the pair I got. Will not tell the power level will not go to distance from cell phone to back of truck breaking up voice.

I've been looking for a decent headset for driving and also for chatting on the computer. This is brilliant for both. I hesitated over this because of the expense and I'm usually a pretty cheap person, but every headset I'd used before this had such bad sound quality that people I talked with asked me not to use them. It is sturdy and well made but when l call somebody they sound like they have too much bass, they sound muffled. Next time l may as well try something cheaper.

    • Great product, but very low range
This is by far the best Bluetooth I've used, very comfortable and surprised what noise it cancels out. I can drive with the window down with no issues. It says the range is up to 300', no where close to that. At best I get 50' before I start loosing connection and that's in any environment
