Moves easily on own. Gloves too small for any American Male hands. Not very sturdy. The resistance for the hands works as expected. I purchased for exercise to rehab arm/hand after a stroke. Cannot keep hand on because glove is unreliable and very small!

Easy to assemble, not sure how to figure out the gloves that go with the product. Couldn’t figure out how to get them on my hand correctly. Basic functional mobility is established and good for the price.

Very uncomfortable for an elderly person with bad knees - hard to balance, no way to adjust height, etc. Very shaky and uncomfortable. It didn't feel stable or safe. Returned for those reasons and seller processed refund for which I am grateful.
