Moves easily on own. Gloves too small for any American Male hands. Not very sturdy. The resistance for the hands works as expected. I purchased for exercise to rehab arm/hand after a stroke. Cannot keep hand on because glove is unreliable and very small!

I got this exercise bike for my elderly mother for her physical therapy. She loves it and uses it every day. The only issue I had with the product was putting it together,r as the instructions were difficult to follow. However, after I finally got it put together, it was very easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to get into shape or who needs an exercise bike for physical therapy to strengthen their legs and arms.
