This is the original classic brands adjustable base. It’s basic without the usb charger and massage BUT the value is unmatched. Classic Brands manufactures all of the bed bases. Do your homework. This is the one to get. It is zero clearance and can be used without the legs on a platform, floor or loft. Easy to put together, no noise at all, it’s light and easy to handle. Very comfy and labeled to put together without tools. Assembly is 10 min or less. Comes packaged in a box that is the same length as whatever mattress you buy. The width of the package is Hlf the size of the mattress you order. The depth is about 8 inches. Heavy, so if you need to lift it, you’ll need two people or a dolly. A quality product, heavy duty, well constructed. It fit within my existing bed frame perfectly. The remote is easy to figure out and stores several settings. The operating noise level is really low. Works well..just add screw on legs and a wire connection. Remote is good too lights up in dark. It is heavy and will need a second pair of hands to lift over.

Bed broke in less than a handful months. Huge loss on my wallet and super confused as to how I’m not overweight but the middle feet both collapsed inwards. The metal screw in also snapped so even if I got new legs, I can’t install them. I also know I installed it tightly enough and I made extra sure to follow the instruction and not to do anything overly rigorous on the frame since it has so much wires. For the little time I did have it, I loved it though. It was a solid adjustable bed and helped my snoring a lot. I read other reviews also saying the building quality is not consistent. So if you’re lucky and get a good one, I’d say you’re set. But it seems like there’s more unlucky folks than there should be when it comes to something big like this. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Such a great surprise! I had been looking at adjustable beds for some time, many that were more expensive than this one. But this came across my screen as an Amazon suggestion and I thought i would take a chance on it even though I thought the bed ad left out some critical information. Im so glad I did-the bed exceeds my expectations and Im very pleased with it. I saved hundreds by not getting the underbed lighting or massage feature. I don’t miss these features. I wanted the bed to have great range of motion with the head coming up at least 60 degrees. This exceeds that and is also very smooth and quiet. In fact it’s so smooth and quiet that it does the even wake the dog up while adjusting it. ... show more
