Bit of a chore to put it together, but once it is, it's solid as a rock- no wobbling, shaking, or general insecurity. It is also heavy as a rock, so would suggest assembling it in place so you don't have to move it around. I just got it, so I don't know for certain how it'll be in the long run, but for now and unless I come back to edit it feels exactly like what I was looking for, comfortably adjusting to exactly the angles I like, and quiet enough I don't hear it happening. I'm going to say, prospectively, it feels like money well spent. Edit 1: I discovered the bar at the bottom has holes for cotter pins to keep it in place, but they didn't bother to include cotter pins either in the packaging or instructions to put through them. Which is turning out to be important, as when the foot incline is high enough, the bar just pops right out, leaving the mattress to slide out of position. Since they did at least include the holes for pins to go through I was able to remedy the situation with twist ties as that's what I had on hand, so I won't ding them- but they really should include a couple pins for the bar both in the included parts and the instructions. ... show more

I scrutinize this purchase a lot before placing an order for an adjustable platform bed the added features on this unit are amazing. Everything from the USB ports to the night light even a flashlight on the remote massage settings multi-positions memory buttons this platform bed has it all all you can find in an adjustable platform bed. The only two drawbacks that I have are the USB ports are only on one side of the bed so if that side of the bed is on the wall it's very inconvenient the other drawback is the night lights are at the sides and head of the bed it would be much more convenient if it was at the foot of the bed. These are very minor inconveniences in the overall product which functions super well. ... show more
