I can not say enough about this product! I was skeptical to say the least, as the price seemed way too good to be true! First , IT IS HEAVY, BUT it seems good and sturdy and of good quality. It took MAYBE 10 minutes to put it together, I did set the mattresses out for 24 hours to allow them to completely open. The remotes are sturdy and sit very well in hand. The presets are spot on for my personal taste, and the fact that I'm able to tweak it should I need to, is just icing on the cake! I chose to go with 12 inch mattress , as I'm pretty short, but I found that to also be perfect for the massage, as the mattresses are not so thick to dull this setting, but only compliment it! I don't find the sound of the motors to be loud or distracting. Thee mattresses are more firm then I am use to, but that's what I was hoping for, as usual don't like to climb out of a hole just to get in and out of bed! The sellers were really good to reach out and remind me that it may not show up all at once, which it didn't, this was not a problem as it only took 2 days to get all pieces. In my opinion, this was more then expected,and I feel like I got my money's worth. I very highly recommend this!

My husband and I have had a few queen mattresses over the years. We have always purchased practical and affordable. Over the past couple of years getting older, having aches, pains, annoyance with snoring, and movement from your partner disturbing your sleep. I have to say the concept of a split king adjustable bed was very appealing. It is heavy to move so definitely get some friends or family to help but once it was in the room setting it up was fairly easy with just my husband and I. Going from a queen to a split king definitely takes up more space and we still have to figure out the logistics of that but after two nights I’m not going back. The hybrid mattress is very comfortable and provides the support, softness, and firmness you need. I definitely recommend spending more on the hybrid mattress. I found with the adjustable bed, I don’t toss and turn as much, I don’t wake my husband when I do switch positions, I love that I can adjust my side to what makes me comfortable if I’m watching T.V., reading, or I need to sleep slightly elevated to reduce snoring or acid reflex, etc. And the vibration is a added bonus I never knew I needed. So basically if your sleeping on an okay queen mattress with your partner and having problems but don’t want to give up sleeping in the same room and get all the benefits of the adjustable bed that’s affordable. I say hands down do it!

Yes, I was hesitant too BUT it far exceeded my expectations! I’m 70 years old, screwed the legs in, connected the power supply. Very easy! Placed the still vacuum sealed mattress on top and then opened it up to let it expand. The mattress is firm yet soft, perfect. Controls work as stated on description of the product. One thing, the mattress arrived 2 days before the frame. I was a little concerned about not getting the frame too on the same day (even though there was a card in the box stating the the frame would be delivered another day because of weight requirements of the delivery service. I love it!

I am very happy with the bed. It's comfortable laying flat (like a normal bed) and positions you can get into are great for prolonged bed time. For medical reasons I must sleep on my back, and elevating both my heqad and feet really helps me sleep comfortably. About ten days ago the bed stopped responding to the remote, so I couldn't adjust the positions I need. With the help of multiple pillows and otther devices I was able to mimic my preferred position. Eshine's customer support was unresponsive, but a complaint to Amazon got me an email in about two hours, practically offering to Uber a new remote. The good news is that I was able to re-pair the communication between the remote and the bed! However, none of the company's suggestions solved the problem. I soft of figured it out myeslf, or I got lucky. The company said to unplug the bed and wait one minute for the green light (on the transformer??) to go out. Well, it takes about five minutes for the light to go to go out, but the re-pair still didn't work. Then I wondered - what if the green light was still on, but so so dim I couldn't see it. So I waited about four hours, and tried again. This time it worked!! Note: The process suggested by Eshine in their email was completely different from the sutup and troubleshooting 'suggestions' in the owners manual. My process: - Unplug power cord for four hours - Press 'Pair' for five seconds - While still holding Pair button plug cord back in - Hopefully the lights under the bed start flashing I still love the bed, but I take a deep breath now every time I adjust it.

Love this bed! Great for recovery from things like total knee replacement where elevating legs is critical. Mattress is firm, therefore good ergonomically, but soft enough to be comfortable. Very well made unit and seems to be very durable. Like the massage feature. Relatively easy to assemble but it is very heavy so two people recommended. Size and fit are good. Good back support. Also works well for side sleepers.

Slower shipping, mattress doesn't meet what was stated, lesser quality and firmness than stated. Wish return was available, but mattress is out of box, hard to transport in a car. 14 inch maybe better, not sure. Also lack customer service, unable to contact for any help.

Price point exactly what I was looking for. Actually received more than expectation. I’ve slept on bed two nights. So far, I’ve sleep longer then I have in over a years. Maybe cause it’s new? I was worried if the frame would fit in my queen set frame. Picture shows that it was not a problem. The top sides of the frame touched the insides of my wood rails, perfect fit. Assembly was easy. The frame is heavier then mattress and mattress is heavy! Suggest two people when assembling. It has to be turned upside down then right sided again. All I had to do was attach legs and power assembly. Just like description, the mattress is medium firm but plush. I went from a king memory median firm mattress from American Mattress (I think), to a soft beauty rest, and now this one. The medium king was really hurting my hips, side sleeper until I couldn’t stand it. Same company prices have doubled so I’ve been looking elsewhere and didn’t want to pay the Sleep Number prices. I do like quality and this sure feels like it. The remote is different then the one shown and it seems to have a lag after giving a command. The ZG preset is off but I think there are ways to rest the presets. I hope. The vibration is not bad at all and on a timer. It has three levels. I used level 3 last night and it knocked me out! The vibrators are located at top near head and foot, underneath the frame. For my bed, they are in the middle. So sleepin o. Side of bed you loose some. It’s a good looking mattress and nice soft cover. Although the cover fits a little large. The top foam is a little smaller the what’s below so the corners are kind of rounded on top which shows you the cover fabric is too small. Not a big deal. Maybe made like that to increase ease removing it for wash and putting it back on? I’m 180 pounds and the entire set up feels solid. You won’t have issues when playing with the kids, haha. Oh, the motors are extremely quite. And the frame lights are only on center and dim. I was under impression that their might have been a string of lights surround the wholes bed frame. You get two, one on each side. I will follow up on the review o ce I get a couple weeks. One more, my back has been killing me for 4 months. Two days and it feeling so much better! I pray it continues.
