I am feeling rejuvenated this past week after using the steam tent several times now. This portable sauna is awesome. Set up was simple: putting the poles together, connecting the sides to the top and bottom, then sliding the cover over the frame (the most difficult part). It went together surprisingly easy. The boiler creates a lot of steam, and within a relatively quick time period. The directions state to set the times at 60 minutes and set it at level 9 to pre-heat. I gave it 15 minutes and before stepping in, turned down the steam to level 5. 20 minutes later, I was a sweaty mess, but stepping out into the cooler air of the room was refreshing. The foot massager is not much of a massager - but what did I expect. Helga has always been my preferred masseuse. She hasn't lost her job. The provided chair is sturdy enough for my 250+ pound frame, and fits well in the sauna. My only issue, is that after steaming, and letting it cool down, it appears that some sort of buildup is forming on the boiler pan bottom. I was cleaning it out as recommended by the directions, and don't want to attempt to use steel wool - but whatever it is, it is stuck on there. It may have something to do with our city water supply. On my most recent episode of the steamer, I dropped a few drops of essential oil in the steamer box inside and it still smell nice and vanilla. I will try to make this a regular part of my week, and see how I feel in a month. Just a reminder - make sure to drink water and keep hydrated, because this sauna will rapidly dehydrate you. ... show more

This is a great little sauna for on the go or to setup at your house. Assembly is fairly easy and self-explanatory. Getting the cover over the frame can be a little difficult but you just have to lay it on its side. It takes about 10 minutes for the steamer to really heat up and get good steam going. It gets really hot and provides enough steam. I only stay in for 20 minutes and never use up the whole container of water. The only bad things I've noticed is the stitching in a few places way coming undone out of the box. Nothing big and it didn't affect it any. The chair is just like a child's folding chair, and the foot massager hardly makes the cut as a foot massager. Altogether I think this is a great deal for little portable sauna. ... show more

This is a great sauna for at home. It is easy to assemble and set up. The machine itself creates a lot of steam and maintains its temp. The walls are easy to clean and wipe down, sand the zippers function smoothly. This also comes with s foldable chair and foot massager which I had no clue. It’s a great buy! ... show more

Shell is very thick. For its size it’s very roomy. I’m 6’5 and there’s plenty of room for me. The instructions are pretty straightforward and easy to understand.
