The media could not be loaded. First I should say I saw my niece with this in her living room on a video call in Canada and asked her about it and that is how I made my purchase. I received this treadmill on September 9, 2025, Midday. I was soooo exited to pull apart the box. I got right down to testing it. First I love the color I got, orange. Boy this baby was not playing. I ran the test for awhile you will see in my video. It was not noisy, the adjustment accessibility was easy to operate. It was straight forward, the size was just right for my living room. You can walk briskly if you want or run whatever speed you can manage. This product is well made. Very firm and durable. I really don't like walking as a exercise but this helps me to do that at one spot.

East storage !! Not as thin as I thought. Probably would fit under one of the bigger/taller sofas. I simply store it in the corner standing up. Has wheels and easily moves. Narrower than the average gym size treadmill so pay attention to what you’re doing. Don’t let the size fool you into to thinking your ready for a marathon. It’s a workhorse!! I do recommend this especially if you’re just starting out and don’t want to go into the heat outside. Closed my air vent off in the area of usage and got to work. Forward and backward. Handheld remote is perfect!!

Great walking pad! I bought this to get more steps in while working with a stand up desk, and it works perfectly! Easy to use, and runs smooth. Has 2 front wheels so it is easy to move between spaces, and you can lean it against a wall for easy storage. I researched many and ended up buying this one and it was a great purchase. Definitely recommend!

In general I love having it. It's beginning to get cold and dark sooner. So I am able to walk in my home and while working or doing homework. However, I am annoyed because it just cuts off in the middle of my walk. I am not touching or holding the remote and it just shuts down. This can be dangerous and it's most definitely disruptive to my flow. The remote has what appears to be a memory button. Unfortunately there appears to be no real data saved. I've tried using it, looking it up in the manual and there's nothing. There are manual incline lifts. Again, unfortunately they don't lock. I've been walking when ONE decides to fold under. THAT is dangerous AND annoying. The idea of the walking pad is great. I just wish there was more thought put into this one. UPDATE: I've reset the remote again just to see what happens. I paused it after walking a bit. When pressing the go button again you have to reset it. It won't go back to the speed you were at previously. SECOND UPDATE: trying to return the pad has been horrific. In addition to the walking pad being defective, I’ve not been given accurate information about my return. It was to be picked up. So far it hasn’t been. It’s been a week! Amazon CS said no refund until it was returned. The refund came early. Great. I was charged a restocking fee. Great even though it was not specified in anything written or spoken. I was told I would get a call from UPS when the driver was on his way. Didn’t happen. One showed up the next day after no one showed up when Amazon said they would but he wouldn’t take it because he wouldn’t give me time to put it in the box. That driver said someone would come the next day. Surprised surprise no one showed up. So I take it to UPS myself and they couldn’t take it because it was the wrong label. A pick up label is different than a drop off label. Great. I call Amazon from the UPS store. Amazon said the item was marked received. I explained MULTIPLE times I still had the item. She tried to “argue”with me they had received it. I asked how since I was looking at it. So I left UPS because she said she didn’t have the ability to change the pick up to a drop off. That’s the dumbest thing I heard that day! After leaving UPS someone came at 730 pm after I waited ALL day for someone to show up. I had to go to the grocery and was gone when he shows up. I tell him through my Ring app what happened. So here I sit Black Friday after Amazon has basically highjacked my Thanksgiving weekend with this fukn fiasco! I have to sit all day, missing time with my family to stay home because I don’t know when UPS will show up if at all. To say I’m pissed is stating it lightly. Amazon do better. Be clear. Have better training for CS so they can be clear and understand what they are saying and what the customer is saying. I would definitely give a negative five stars if I could.

This treadmill works very well. It's not too loud and the display is easy to read. No assembly required; just unpack and plug in and it's ready to go. It came with 2 bottles of oil for the belt, which may be more than I need but it's a bonus. I did have an issue with the belt shifting and coming a bit loose (which was probably due to me trying to recenter the belt too much). Customer care was very quick to respond to my email and helped me figure out the issues I was having. They attached videos to help me fix the problem(s), which was more helpful than trying to follow the instructions that came with the treadmill. This unit is a little heavier than I anticipated, but it's not a huge deal. I wish i didn't have to hold the remote the entire time but not a big deal. If you're using it under a desk or have a spot to set the remote it wouldn't be an issue. I do wish it was just a little wider but it's sufficient. Only other issue is that even though it had wheels on the front, it is a bit challenging to maneuver. Overall it's worked well so far, and even my kids enjoy walking on it
