This is the perfect walking pad. It’s super quiet. The length is perfect. It also has several mode settings. It includes a 30 minute countdown feature that we often use. We also love the aesthetics of the walking pad. The body of The Walking pad, and the belt are highlighted in orange, very nice. For the price we paid. It was so much more than what I was expecting. Awesome walking pad and awesome customer service. They were quick to respond and made it clear they wanted to help any way they could. The walking pad itself works great too. Perfect for a small space. It’s easy to move around and has plenty of speeds to walk at.

The media could not be loaded. I’m making this review on day 1. For reference I’m 5’8 female about 180 - I write this because I wish I had more people my height state this in their reviews . I was worried my legs would be too long of a stride but this is NOT an issue at all! Plenty space width and length on this walking pad. Simple set up! Unpacked it from the well packed box it came in. So easy. I did have to adjust the walking pad a little because it was off center but it was easy to do. The whole thing is light enough to move around on your own and it has 2 wheels on the front end of it. The incline legs are easy to use and they make a HUGE difference. So worth using and makes your workout so much better. It functions as it should and doesn’t hurt my body at all so I guess you’d say it is comfortable to walk on. The price was amazing as I got it on sale! The remote is easy to use, it came with a battery and an extra one! It’s very basic but it is all you need. I went a solid 30 min at 3.3 and I was totally all sweat when I finished. I’m a faster walker so started at 3.3. It’s a good quick speed and there’s still a little more speed to get to. I wouldn’t run on this personally but you can definitely get a solid super fast pace walk in on this. I plan on using this daily at home . I’ll update my review should I come into any issues. It came with the tool and the oil and an instruction booklet. This is an easy put of the box ready to use machine. So far-so great!!!

In general I love having it. It's beginning to get cold and dark sooner. So I am able to walk in my home and while working or doing homework. However, I am annoyed because it just cuts off in the middle of my walk. I am not touching or holding the remote and it just shuts down. This can be dangerous and it's most definitely disruptive to my flow. The remote has what appears to be a memory button. Unfortunately there appears to be no real data saved. I've tried using it, looking it up in the manual and there's nothing. There are manual incline lifts. Again, unfortunately they don't lock. I've been walking when ONE decides to fold under. THAT is dangerous AND annoying. The idea of the walking pad is great. I just wish there was more thought put into this one. UPDATE: I've reset the remote again just to see what happens. I paused it after walking a bit. When pressing the go button again you have to reset it. It won't go back to the speed you were at previously. SECOND UPDATE: trying to return the pad has been horrific. In addition to the walking pad being defective, I’ve not been given accurate information about my return. It was to be picked up. So far it hasn’t been. It’s been a week! Amazon CS said no refund until it was returned. The refund came early. Great. I was charged a restocking fee. Great even though it was not specified in anything written or spoken. I was told I would get a call from UPS when the driver was on his way. Didn’t happen. One showed up the next day after no one showed up when Amazon said they would but he wouldn’t take it because he wouldn’t give me time to put it in the box. That driver said someone would come the next day. Surprised surprise no one showed up. So I take it to UPS myself and they couldn’t take it because it was the wrong label. A pick up label is different than a drop off label. Great. I call Amazon from the UPS store. Amazon said the item was marked received. I explained MULTIPLE times I still had the item. She tried to “argue”with me they had received it. I asked how since I was looking at it. So I left UPS because she said she didn’t have the ability to change the pick up to a drop off. That’s the dumbest thing I heard that day! After leaving UPS someone came at 730 pm after I waited ALL day for someone to show up. I had to go to the grocery and was gone when he shows up. I tell him through my Ring app what happened. So here I sit Black Friday after Amazon has basically highjacked my Thanksgiving weekend with this fukn fiasco! I have to sit all day, missing time with my family to stay home because I don’t know when UPS will show up if at all. To say I’m pissed is stating it lightly. Amazon do better. Be clear. Have better training for CS so they can be clear and understand what they are saying and what the customer is saying. I would definitely give a negative five stars if I could.

Great walking pad, highly recommend it. It's small enough that it isn't in the way in my living room. Also small enough it can go under a bad, or in a closet. 3.8 is max speed. I walk on 3.5 at the gym. On this lil guy, I only walk at about 2.5-3 max. I'm 6ft tall, and gave a long stride. Walking any faster, I feel like my foot may come off the back of it.... hasn't done it, just something I feel could happen. Height adjustment for incline is two small legs thst flip down. So, you either have to walk on flat, or 5%, no inbetween. 5% os perfect for me, that's what I use at the gym as well. I bought the 2 year warranty, it's cheap enough, so to me it's worth it. Anything goes wrong with it, it's covered. I plan on putting about 2 miles a day minimum on it, so it's good to have a peace of mind. All in all, if your limited to space, and want something small, so you don't have to leave the house and go to the gym, this is it. It's big enough, and wide enough, I can comfortably walk at 3 (will go higher in time). Yet, small enough to store under the bed. I will however say, walking on it does take a few times to get used too. You tend to want to step on the front of it, or walk sideways, lol. Just put something like a chair next to it. Keep a few fingers on the chair, until your comfortable enough to walk on it without it. It only took me 3-4 times to feel comfortable enough to walk and watch TV. Definitely worth the buy for at home.
