The media could not be loaded. Easy set up straight out the box, just plug in and go. It works well with or without a standing desk and comes with a remote control which allows me to adjust the mode by speed, time, distance or calories. The treadmill itself is quiet however there’s a loud beep upon start up and it’s noticeable when adjusting the settings. There is no option to turn off the sound but it’s something to be aware of. I was concerned about not having anything to hold on to but the treadmill is sturdy and wide enough to accommodate my walking or running routines. The wheels under the treadmill can be pulled out to create an incline and add versatility to my workouts. It turns off automatically after about 10 minutes of being idle but there’s also a switch to shut off the machine after each use. I store mine under the bed but it’s also light enough to store upright in a closet if space is limited. ... show more

First of all, the quality of this walking pad is great! It gets the job done. I haven’t had any issues walking on it whatsoever. I enjoy the fact that it can be stowed away easily and that it doesn’t take up too much space. The price point was also a selling point for me as it was very affordable! For the value definitely worth it. HOWEVER, my one complaint is this thing is obnoxiously loud when you turn it on. It makes a very loud beeping noise. If you are shifting to a different speed it also makes loud beeping noises. It would not be suitable for someone wanting to use this in the morning if the rest of the household is asleep. I purchased this walking pad in July, and I still love it! I had wanted a full sized treadmill, but we just didn't have the space so I was thrilled to find a walking pad that could go up to 4mph and could incline. I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the pad created a smooth, quiet, and comfortable walk. I had researched a lot of walking pads and needed one that had a wider mat because I walk with my feet pointed out slightly and didn't want to have to focus on where my feet landed while exercising. The width of this walking pad is perfect! I can also store it under my bed when it is not in use, and easily pull it out each evening as I watch my nightly shows (and still not fall off!). Now I can't use skipping a walk because of weather, it being too dark, or that I needed to catch up on TV, lol! I definitely recommend this product! ... show more

This is perfect for my in home workouts. The remote makes increasing and decreasing speed during my walks very easy. It’s simple to use and stores easily under my bed. It was a little squeaky during the first few uses but that has since stopped. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve had this treadmill for a year now and have not had any issues. It works well, is lightweight enough to move around my apartment (and store under my bed when not in use) and very user friendly. The best thing about this is it’s quiet so I can use it any time of the day.

    • Remote doesn't work and can't be stored upright

Overall the build quality seems good. Great for light walking in short increments of up to 30 minutes. I wouldn't attempt to do more than that or try jogging in any way. The remote is terrible, the response rate has a lag that is alarming, especially when you are trying to reduce or increase speed. Forget wanting to toggle through the distance or time metrics, that's useless. Not to mention it tracks distance to 1 decimal place, so not very accurate to begin with. Its affordable for a basic walking pad but leave a lot to be desired. Storage is only flat on the ground CANNOT be stood up as the power cord would break since its straight out of the front. So hopefully you have plenty of space to store it out in the open. I wouldn't buy it again, but i'm stuck with it at this point. ... show more

I bought this waking pad 6 months ago. I really like the width of the walking belt and the ease is use. It runs relatively quietly and does not overheat. The incline is also simple to use and effective. A week ago, the motor started to slow down. There is a 1-year warranty, so I contacted customer service by email, and they answered me in less than 24 hours. I sent a video snip & a brief description of the problem, and they have responded that they will refund me for the purchase. I am very happy with the response & I am looking forward to the refund being processed. I highly recommend this product and this company. ... show more
