Definitely recommend it. Game changer if you're on the road and you don't have time to go to a gym. It can be used mostly for the upper body and abs. It is sturdy, durable, provided good stability and it's a good value for the money.

I got this to try and isolate my chest. It is easy to use, no setup required, and has numerous levels of resistance. I have been using it while I watch TV sitting on the couch. It gives a good workout of the chest area and it can be adjusted to focus on the lower, middle or upper chest. While I got it specifically to exercise my chest, you can perform numerous other exercises with it and can hit other body parts. Nice addition to exercising my chest and a nice change from bench press and pec flies.

This Abahub all in one arm trainer has been exactly what I’ve needed. I had a cardiac arrest about three months ago and I’m 72 years old and I needed to get back some necessary strength. This particular product has helped me do that and it’s been an enjoyable product to use. By the way, it has strength levels that fit the individual. You can start off low and build up as high as you want to go to increase the strength of the product. This is a product that I believe anyone could use and really benefit from it.

This thing is awesome. It basically lets you adjust up to 440 pounds adjustable lengths and all kinds of different workouts and muscles you can do. You can even work out while in bed. I absolutely love this thing. It replaces the whole gym easy to use good resistance, very portable easily adjustable one of the best things I have discovered at a party. We all had a blast seeing who could do it for the highest weight. technologyis cool.

The version with the wheels is a nice touch. Good for push ups and working the core stomach. The knee pad is thin, but serves its purpose. Appears to be built well and sturdy. Came with instructions for different exercises and techniques. Tension dial works. Markings along the side to ensure when extending the arms that both are the same measurement. Doesn't take long to feel the workout. Takes up very little space, but does a lot of work. Time will tell if it holds up under constant use.
