This is a great Ab workout and value for your dollar. It was easy to put together and I’m not super experienced in assembly but managed this fine. I’m newer to fitness, having been naturally skinny prior to my mid 30s I never bothered with anything but running. With age and my job now being from home I have started to work on my fitness. This was amazingly helpful. It really does work out your abs. Fair warning that you should be prepared to take it slow if your just starting your core journey lol. It is comfortable to use (besides the ab burn but that’s what you want). It is not noisy either. I’m 5 feet and 3 inches and find this useful. My husband is 6 feet 1 inch and it doesn’t seem to fit him quite as well, even with the height adjustment as tall as it can go. He’s used it and it helps, just not as well as it does for me. If you’re on the taller side it might not be as effective. But for average/below average height I recommend!

If you want some intense ab workout this right here is it. I was feeling the tightening on that pouch muscles. The set up was not hard at all to follow. The weight was decent, not too heavy and not too light. Quality was was awesome, you get what you pay for. Easy storage. Worth the money. All the workout you in need in this machine for abs.

I can’t speak to longevity as of now but in regards to ease of use and whether or not I feel it, it’s a 10/10 for me. Very smooth glide on that part, the foam is soft enough, I do think with extended use my knees might get sore but I think the foam helps a ton. I currently weight 261 and this thing doesn’t feel cheap, it feels much more solid than I anticipate based on some other reviews. I think any “jangly ness” might be due to not having screws/bolts secure. I used my own tools to ensure they got SUPER tight, no moving at all. I think this is important. I haven’t quite figured out how to break it down for storage, and it’s not listed in the manual, but moving it around isn’t hard, it’s not heavy. I have now done 2 days worth of the lowest settings on it and I was sore within 20 minutes of my first set of 5. It’s HARD if you’re like me and have essentially no core strength, but I think it’s just what I needed to get things moving toward gaining some. Overall, for the price, ease of use, and the amount of use I think I’ll get out of it I’m pleased! Especially for the price! I believe I paid $90 after tax, not bad at all! I do think the little counter device it comes with it useless as it doesn’t seem that accurate, but I wasn’t planning on utilizing that anyway so I don’t feel like it’s worth docking a star over.

Durability seems good enough for the price easy to adjust it’s very compact when you fold it’s very easy to put away and if you stay consistent you can see results in up to two weeks if your not to much on the heavier side great workout overall

I’m not sure why some companies don’t have a representative that can be consulted to help interpret directions and provide clearer translations!! I basically had to instruct myself on how to assemble this product with a magnifying glass, and some luck. It’s not impossible, but definitely could be streamlined and the product drawings could be enhanced and improved. It is comfortable to use as these products go and I like the convenience of being able to store it upright.
