I gave it a 4 because it came just slightly damaged. It wasn’t too difficult putting together but the instructions were somewhat backwards. It looks great in my 11 year old daughters room, the orange matches her room perfectly and she says its comfortable!

I missed the return window and should have returned the day after Christmas. Got this for my 60lb 9 year old who is only allowed to game on weekends. It’s obviously had very little “hard use.” The whole chair has fallen apart piece by piece. I bought an almost identical chair (different brand) for my other son and it’s had zero issues. This chair lost its arm the day after getting in on Christmas. I have screwed pieces back in and together, but it doesn’t matter. The leg rest is broken, the arm is off, the other arm is on its way to its death. My son Still believe is Santa so the poor kid knows it can’t be returned or exchanged. I wish I wrote this review immediately to warn other buyers and I’m so irritated I let $150 go down the drain ... show more

Unfortunately, I have missed the return window by 1 week. We have tried to make it work and have now missed being able to return it. The chair looks great and my son loves it, but the arms will not stay on. We have put them back on over and over, and they continue to loosen and fall off.
