I wanted to add to my line of business but didn't want to fork over a lot of money just in case it didn't work out. Luckily for the price of this machine, I couldn't say no. Ordering: Ordering was quick per usual. Delivery comes from China, and was expected to arrive to my home within 7 business days. However, it did ship quick and 3 days later after ordering, it was at my front door. Unboxing: It comes in a really nice wood crate, that is well padded. Nothing was missing and nothing was damaged. Computer Set Up: I was trying to use my Mac VM to boot into windows so I didnt have to by another computer. It had a lot of connectivity issues, so I ended up going to Best Buy and getting a very cheap windows computer that would be used just for this. In Windows 11 I had to enable S mode so that I could install the software from the USB provided. Luckily no anti virus blocked the install. Everything installed quickly and without issues. Software (DTF) Set up: I was having so many issues getting the printer to work. It just wasn't printing the colors it was supposed to. I think read the manual and found out that my settings were all incorrect. So, make sure you follow the manual! Also, make sure you save your printer config file after the changes, because it may revert back to normal. You can then select your profile in the printer dropdown and you are ready to print. So that was an easy fix after I read the manual. The print quality is very good. I do I have one issue I am still trying to overcome, and that is the white layer isn't strong enough. It's coming out striped and not solid white. Printer Set Up: Setting up the printer is super easy. Maybe it's my tech savviness that made it easy but it was a no brainer to put together. There are videos on the USB drive that will help you too, so make sure to watch them before setting it up. Filling up the ink was super easy. Doing a test print via the buttons on the printer was easy to, to get the ink moving through the lines. I'm pretty sure there was another method I could have used to get the ink through the lines in the printer but I didn't do that. Aligning the film to feed through the printer is also a challenge but once you get it, dont touch it. Oven and on: It does come with an oven. There is an image on the USB that you can print and save somewhere that give you the suggested temps and seconds for both the printer and the heat press. Sometimes I let mine run twice. It won't hurt anything. After you cure the powder, move from the oven to your heat press. 15 seconds is all it needs. But if this is something that is new to you, do not remove the film until the image has cooled somewhat. Removing it too early or while it's hot off the press will not allow the image to bond with the fabric and it will peel off or tear your image. Overall, I do not regret this printer. Its functions and if you read the manual and watch the videos, you will have no issues. Remember, this isn't like a traditional printer. Take your time and you might solve your own issues along the way.

Very satisfied with this product, excellent quality, colors are vibrant and popping, easy to use once I figured it out with help, the instructions are not very informative on some of the challenges you may face when setting it up, however the support help is absolutely amazing, extremely informative and helpful in every way. I was excited to receive my package started unpacking it, setting it up just cruising along with with ease until I ran into a issue I just couldn’t figure out how to get it to print, so I got on the chat line not knowing what to expect but needed help. I have to say from the first message I got from my representative Jeremy whom has helped me with every question I had from day one until today he has been simply amazing, I was completely over joyed when he got me printing the first night. I then had to go out of town for a week, once I got back I once again ran into a few issues, got back on the chat line and once again Jeremy chimed in and everything he instructed me to do was spot on, every road block I had he cleared. I printed my first shirt without any flaws. I am super pumped and excited I can’t thank you enough Jeremy you have made this purchase very much worth it. I highly recommend this product because your getting a quality printer for the price and an absolute amazing support team with it.

My DXZ A4 in last March 2025 so I needed a year to use it and test out the durability before writing my review. I can say that at the beginning it was tough getting it set up and going but customer support was really responsive and really easy to get ahold of not to mention the picture book that walks you through step by step. Throughout the year there were little things I needed for the machine or to replace certain stuff on or in it based on my own personal use, but support had no issue sending those things out free of charge. My machine works wonderfully and I know that if something went wrong support is just a call away. The quality is amazing and it’s high quality. I like the machine a lot, it’s reliable.

Printer did not work and I returned, so the company is going to send a new one to take care of my problems. Well it did not take care of my problem . The new printer does not work either. I would not recommend this printer to my anyone. It's a piece of Junk, which I am going to thru away into the Garbage and eat my 1900 that I paid for it.
