The media could not be loaded. When the printer came in, it was in a large heavy crate which took some time to figure out how to open. The setup process was simple, but learning to customize the settings took a little bit of work. After troubleshooting with Albert representatives, I was able to get the settings down. I did appreciate how they were available to troubleshoot via text and photo/video on What’s App to walk me through the process. Their customer service is amazing and when printed correctly, the prints are beautiful

This printer gives great quality of prints once you get through the calibration process. It is not a casual plug and play printer, but rather a high quality production machine. The initial loading of the software goes relatively smooth and the software package comes with all the tips and images needed to get the software running. Make sure you review all the images and videos prior to installing, and don’t just blindly follow the paper instructions for installation. Once the software is loaded and the machine is ready for connection there are a couple of checks I would recommend prior to trying to fill the ink reservoir, first ensure that the print head caps fully seat on the print heads, this will help ensure that the ink lines fully fill. Second manually run the print heads sled to ensure that it is not too low causing it to hit the paper guides when it runs the first time. Lastly I would ensure that you know how to get ahold of customer support. Once the machine is set up and you finally print the first test print, check everything about the quality of the print. The calibration instructions are good that they provide with the machine, however you might need assistance fine tuning the machine. The customer support is incredible, they will stay with you every step through the calibration process and ensure that the alignment is perfect. I truly can not say enough about how well they stand behind their product and want to ensure the best possible print quality. Very pleased with the product and especially the support from the tech team.
