I then applied a little WD-40 thereafter to both locks interior and retry opening again with the keys. To my surprise, Hula! The locks open without issue. Keys don't work properly. They will turn the tumbler to lock and unlock, but in the locked position you can not remove the key.

Ordered these to open the tool box after accidentally locking original keys inside. They were a little "stiff" but did open the lock. I didn't think it was possible but after opening the drawer, putting the keys inside then moving the toolbox by tipping it over, it locked the drawers.
