I think this is one of those things where I’m really appreciating the Internet a bit too much. I have not had to buy silverware since I consistently had good options online. Too many careless family members and friends forced a replacement. Good Lord is it glorious to not have to drive from trash corporate store to store, to see goofy basic boring bland options. You can’t get more trash and corporate than Amazon, they need to be knocked down several hundred pegs, but the options for things like this, beyond exceptional. These feel as high end and balanced as my parents expensive dang near investments. First I ordered a single set and they were perfect so I felt confident that when I order 2 more sets to be shipped Internationally and paid the extra tariffs and shipping charges, My wife would receive what a wonderful set for 8 place settings. The time in shipping was 6 days. When she opened the 2 packages of 4 place settings ea they looked disgusting. Handles covered in rust and wide darker streaks of rust in the bowls of the spoons and handles. The tariffs and shipping to overseas originally and then the shipping cost back for a return are more than the cost of the 2 sets So they'll be thrown away and never buy an unknown name product again. So in short 1 four place setting was graet but the 2nd Tow bought 2 days later were junk UPDATE: I called Amazon customer service and vocied my complaint and they in a matter of 4 minutes said they would be sending 2 more sets of 4 (place settings same as original order) to my wife overseas at no expense to me. I would have preferred a total refund of cost, taxes, shipping and import duties and not chanced this happening again. But As I liked the 1st set so well, I have no complaint to try them again. If these are delivered rusted. Then I'll have to ask for a full refund and purchase another brand. If I don't update this again, we will have received an undamaged set and are happy with them. ... show more
