Grateful that my son who is a diesel mechanic told me about this device. My 2014 Escape heat gauge malfunctioned for the 2nd time in a year and half. Last year my car had to be towed and stayed in the shop 3 weeks. Was told it was a sensor and had it replaced $$$. However, when it happened again last week after doing research found out it could be reset with one of these devices. Purchased it here, received it within about 24hours. Car is back up and running smoothing. Great tool to have.
