The description says it is safe for indoor use several times. After you receive this non-returnable item you find out about the limitations of indoor use - including death. The description needs to be better. The return process doesn't say exactly why this can't be returned. Under the list of reasons is "Products that may pose potential health and safety risks if returned". That is the only one that makes sense on then list.
