Very simple to change out yourself. HVAC companies want $250 or more for this product. A 50% savings is definately worth it.

Only lasted a few months. Purchased in May but didn’t install till June. It is now September 2 and it is no longer working. Stop smelling the ozone sometime back so it may have only lasted a very short period. For the price it should have lasted much longer. Don’t know why this shows as the first review because I wrote a review when I installed it. Update: after crawling into the crawl space I discovered that the service tech was wrong and the lamp was still burning. I an not sure why I no longer notice the ozone smell. Perhaps it is because I have become use to it.
