I was very excited to purchase this product; however, upon opening the box, it was immediately clear that the item was defective. The blade and attachment were loose, and when I attempted to use it, the attachment repeatedly struck the blade and even fell off for multiple attachments not just one. For a product costing $191, I expected significantly better quality and proper functionality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this item. If you choose to purchase it, I hope you receive one in better condition than mine. ... show more

As a dog groomer, I am really happy with these. Some of the colors dont match with the traditional Andis set that I had, but all different sizes are still here. Just different colors. Better quality than I expected, seem strudy and haven't busted on me yet and I use them daily.

Will start by saying I’m a professional groomer of 7 years as of this review. These combs are good for the price. The teeth are sturdy and the price is hard to beat for a full 9 set. However, I have a couple of concerns. When I first tried each comb to make sure they fit my wide blade properly, my blade did grind against the 1/2 comb. This happened a few times until I was able to adjust it and make it stop. It hasn’t happened since. Another concern is that springs that clasp the comb onto the blade feel a bit flimsy. It feels like if I were to pull on them slightly too hard they might break right off. Combined with the styrofoam inside the carrying case making it a bit difficult to get out them, be mindful when handling each comb to ensure they last. Other than that they work well and I would recommend them especially at the $120 price. ... show more

I use these pretty much every day and they have unfortunately been dropped a couple times already but they are very sturdy and don’t bend after being dropped. The blades came sharp and oiled and ready to use, and I have not had issues with heating up quickly. I have the Andis corded 5 speed clippers and they fit perfectly, snap on and off easily. The comb attachments are labeled but with measurements only so don’t trust the color codes or the numbers, but they’ve definitely been worth the investment for me, they’ve already helped my speed. ... show more
