This is the best clipper I have ever used it is very strong. it is fairly quite a really nice sound level. it is a bit heavier then other andis clippers but not by much. it does heat up a little fast but not the fastest I have seen. the battery life is good But got it for personal use so I don't know how well it would hold up for use in a grooming salon but it feels like it would be good. And my whal attachment comes works really well on it and for blades I only have andis blades so idk if it would work with other brands but I assume so ... show more

I am a Professional groomer for almost 8 years and I have to say this was the first nice nice pair of clippers I bought for myself. I have been doing most of my work with a five in one and attachment combs. My first day today using these NEW CLIPPERS was like a dream come true. I’ve been using a loud pair of wahl clippers with a cord for almost 3 years and before that had a lime green wahl two speed for 2 years and before that I had the blue Andis given by petsmart. So professional groomers will know when they see this that it is worth the buy. Just wow! So happy 😀 my blades didn’t get hot today and it’s so quiet!!! ... show more

    • Very functional, quiet enough but powerful, can use the old plug-ins from an old (wired) unit.

I pretty good replacement (or addition?) to my another, older device with wire. Little heavy, but it decreases the vibration, so bad for dogs. Not loud at all, but pretty powerful. I was able to use it against a very stubborn fur with great results.

Quality of clipper is very good, not too heavy and easy to control. However they stopped working after 6 months of use. i have tried everything possible and can not get them to work again. very disappointed

I have four dogs that have thick long fur. I've tried all levels of clippers and this one seems to be the one that actually mows through the thick double coat of my four Aussies. I suggest a 3FW blade which has a wider blade and cuts much cleaner. The next test is longevity which I'll share when I get to a year. Battery life was about 2 hours on a larger dof before it went out which at that point I did wish it had a plug in to finish cut. I had to use a spare to finish the rest while I recharged. This is why I gave a 4 star vs. 5 star. Pricey but worth it since cutting four dogs pays off the initial investment. Quiet motor. ... show more
