Wow, literally. Best clippers I have found.

So I’ve bought 3 different pairs of cat/dog clippers from Amazon, one got hot and way to noisy , other one was cordless, And barely did anything. But these. 10 stars if I could give it. I have a full grown Maine coon cat and he gets matted behind his legs/side of belly easily. The last two pair didn’
t touch getting below the matted hair. This set. Wow. I wasn’t expecting it to come with length guards, I didn’t use them but it’s great having them just in case. Also with blade oil and a brush. But let’s get to how they worked. When I say they cut through my cats hair like butter. I mean it. Absolutely amazing. If anyone knows Maine coon long hair cats. It’s thick! And difficult to get through on a single pass. And these just went to work. They are quiet as well. So no scaring him either. Which is always a plus. Relaxed cat means get more shaved. They did heat up after about 10 minutes of constant use. But nothing dangerous. And you don’t have to worry about the blades getting so close that it will knick the skin. It won’t. I was able to shave his butt and back legs as well without the worry of it cutting him. If you are wondering if these will work. Buy them. Seriously. You won’t regret it. I don’t leave reviews often but this deserves one. Good luck on your shaving journey!

A great shaver for a good price

I really do love this shaver. It is not very loud which put my dog at ease. I did make a mistake by moving the cutting blades all the way up before slipping on a #6 attachment. The result was I gouged my dog in several places. (I hope she has forgiven me by now) This had all kinds of extra attachment
s, more than I needed but nice to have them if I did. This motor is very powerful for the price which is why I bought it. I would highly recommend this shaver. Once you get the hang of trimming your dog you will save a lot of money. We pay 61.00 at the groomers and this cost less than that. Great deal!

I have a white goldendoodle and it’s been a few months since his cut. I’m sick of paying 130-150 for a cut. Read the reviews and decided to pay a little extra and get a little better clipper. They came today and I cut him today. He weighs 65 pounds and it took a good 3 hours to cut. The clippers last
ed just that long right out of the box. The clippers are okay. I know his hair is think and curly but it wasn’t cutting like butter as some say. It took some effort. The attachments aren’t the best in my opinion. They are pointy and can catch his skin and really don’t need to be so pointy. Also, his hair would get caught in the side of the attachment where there isn’t the clipper and would snag often. I also think the way they attach to the clipper is cheap but we’ll see how they last. It worked but it took a long time. I’m going to keep them and cut him now more often and I’d think I could cut off an hour of time at least. Guess we’ll see. I’d probably look for something a little more heavy duty if I had to do it over.

Wonderfully quiet clipper

Best one I've tried - but I have only used it one time

This shaver worked very smoothly. I really have not had a shaver that worked this well. I purchase 1 or 2 shavers a year they just do not seem to last, I am hoping the life span of this shaver is longer than the others.

It works well enough that I have bought 2; and, would purchase another if I needed one. I wish there were more guides. Even after ordering the extra package of guides, some are still not included. 4mm, 5mm, 7mm, & even 8mm would be nice to have. The blade attachment does get hot.
