This is exactly what we needed under our hot tub. Don't get a cheap one... you will regret it. This provides perfect comfort! I can sit in the hot tub as long as I need... my bumm and legs never get tired... always cushioned!

The first one I ordered of these (from a different vendor) was marked "Undeliverable" which really screwed up my plans for first time use. I got a very thin 'mat' protector which was to protect the spa from objects on the pavers. It did serve it's purpose but there was no foam/insulation and when I eventually removed it it was soaking wet and the pavers were 62 sometimes. Removed that and replaced with this when it arrived and it Looks better, is nicer, repels water and I would think is giving it some insulation help as well. I think it was .4 " think and Like I said, I don't know why they don't make a version of this in 1" or ever 2". But still this one gets a 5 star and a big foamy thumbs up!

Used this for my inflatable hot tub. Thick but not too thick. Was happy getting into the tub and feeling a nice cushy bottom instead of hard pavement. Adds a luxury feel to the tub I didn't know I needed. Kind of offput by the price. I felt like for a piece of foam base that 80$ was STEEP. Overall it worked and functioned for my hot tub. Happy with the fit and overall quality.

The mat is not as think as the picture represents it to be. Comes apart easily when stepped on or once hot tub is filled with water. Would not recommend.
