This thing has held up through a lot though I have had baby chicks , rabbits and it has been in the Rain the snow the mud and it is still going strong. My bunnies like using this hutch as their base and appreciate the upper level. To make more space I keep one side of the ladder up, they’re still able to enter the second story but from one side only. Keep in mind bunnies need more space than just a hutch. I leave the door to this hutch open for my bunnies to move in and out. This hutch isn’t very wide, although it’s long. Assembly was decent, wood came in decent shape, no chips that I know of. There isn’t predrilled holes so for some pieces I had to use a drill. It’s a lottt of screwing in nails but the finishing product is good. Took me like three hours.

Was perfect size fit my babies starter cage. It was a good price for the quality. The build was quick and easy ended up ordering a second one. Only issue was the roofing materials doesn’t hold up to weather I’ll have to get new roofing material to replace it eventually.

Editing this review from 2 stars to 3 because customer service was very pleasant to work with. Once I was in contact with the service team, some of the dissatisfaction with the product was remediated. NOT for outdoor use! Pros: The item I received looked exactly like the images. Dimensions were as expected. Cons: NOT for outdoor use! The wood is not treated, is very flimsy, and is easily broken during assembly. It will rot quickly when exposed to moisture. If something wanted to get in to hurt your rabbit, it wouldn’t need to make much effort to break the screens or just lift the structure. The asphalt coating on the roof tiles sheds easily and is now all over my house just from carrying the box through. The roof panels are surface screwed to the top of the frame allowing moisture to get below the asphalt. There are gaps between the edges of the panel and the frame that would allow water off the slanted portion to run straight into the enclosure between the wall and lower roof panel While the hinges were sturdy enough, the door latches are thin and flimsy. I actually crushed one while screwing it down and my rabbit (6lbs) discovered she can push the door hard enough to bend the latch and let herself out. We like the look of it and it looks exactly like the pictures; it just isn’t suitable for outdoors as it claims to be.

This hutch was not what I thought it would be. It’s pretty yes. There are not prefilled holes so that you will be able to line up and connect it correctly. There are no prefilled holes, you’re instructed to not use a drill or electric screwdriver yet your hands will be sore using a screwdriver. My hands are sore and I have yet to be able to screw all the screws in. Some screws are just hanging out so there are so many spaces. It is impossible for this to be a in house hutch. It is hard to clean it properly. The lower lever has no floor which means your pets (I have rabbits) will have waste, water, food, etc everywhere. Nothing stays in the cage area. It’s so bad and such a waste I have actually started giving away my rabbits. I’m so sad and displeased. Definitely not worth the price. I want a refund. It does not seal and connect well at all. The gray color is pretty. The wooden pieces are measured correctly but even the hard wear does not have holes to correctly be able to connect them on the doors. The doors do not have prefilled holes and the directions do not explain well causing to have to screw and unscrew to reconnect the ramps, doors, hardware for the lock on the doors. The latches on the doors are plastic and weak. This is not a functional and ease of use product. With that I do not recommend. If you see my picture, it’s sitting together because I pushed it together just to hold my rabbits until I give them all ways. If they were strong enough, they could separate all three sections. There’s no way to connect their food or water to it which means all day we are cleaning knocked over water and food. Feces are all throughout inside and outside. I will never recommend.
