This is an excellent workout bench from all respects. It came very well packaged. Assembly instructions are very clear, all assembly hardware is separated in individual bags for each assembly step with all required assembly tools provided. This makes bench assembly easy and fast. The bench is very well built. Feels very solid and stable . It provides ample support and exceptional padding. The bench operation is straightforward and easy. This all makes workouts very efficient, enjoyable and productive. I would highly recommend this bench to anyone.

Just got done putting this together. Assembly was fairly easy especially with the video in the listing. I knew when I bought this that it DOES NOT come with weights, however I was disappointed when I opened it that it also does not come with the barbell. The overall quality of it seems pretty good and it feels pretty solid. Probably would have given this 4, maybe even 5 stars had it came with a barbell (Or at least clearly stated it in the description).

This bench is like sitting on a concrete bench. It's so solid! The length is good as well. I'm 6' and it's plenty long for me. While doing an incline bench, the top of my head is even with the top of the pad in the extended position. Product cons: I don't believe there is 3 inches of adjustment on the head pad, more like 2. Don't overtighten the bolts, they never seem to get fully tight but I noticed the frame bent in slightly when tightening. The frame is still solid but something to keep in mind during assembly. There is only on decline setting. Also, I feel I need to lift the rear of the bench quite high to put the front of the bench on the transport wheels. A couple of minor critiques but overall the price and sturdiness of the bench got it 5 stars from me.

This is a solid bench, easy to assemble, great decline angle. Only two minor things bother me. The covering while nice and soft is very thin, and the foot holder cushions do move around on you. The next level of bench is 360 to 380 in price, so this works for me!
