Overall, this sewing kit works really well for what I need and comes with a lot of useful supplies for basic sewing, quick fixes, and small projects. I like that everything is organized in one place and easy to grab when needed. One of my favorite parts of the kit is definitely the scissors — they are very sharp and actually work much better than I expected. The variety of thread colors and sewing accessories is also really nice to have, especially for beginners or casual sewing. The biggest downside for me is the plastic case itself. The plastic feels really thin and flimsy, and it honestly feels like it’s going to crack or break every time I open it. I wish the storage container felt sturdier because the actual sewing supplies inside are pretty useful. Even with the fragile case, it still works well for what I need and has been convenient to keep around the house for quick repairs and small sewing projects.

I love having a small container with compartments i can see into for alot of my sewing tools and supplies. It has made a world of difference in my room being a mostly clutter free space (crafters and sewing folks, you know what I mean!) or a crafty version of a hoarders house. LOL It feels a little flimsy but it is plastic and you can choose between lightweight and flimsy feeling or too heavy and sturdy. With care and gentle handling, this will last a long time. The only thing that is awkward is needing to lift up the main panel to access the side panels. It is done to secure the box but it is still a little awkward. Would recommend for anyone with new sewing folks in their life.

I'm not a big sewer, I don't make clothes. I just really need a good set of supplies for tailoring or embellishing what I have. Now that Joanne has gone out of business it's impossible to find just the basics like thread and buttons. So this kit is great it has a lot of good things provided but it's also got a good organization for this stuff I already have. So I have a good place to store my buttons or beads. Especially the spare buttons that come with a coat for example. It's definitely worth the money it's easier to find your stuff than digging through a sewing basket.
