The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this cordless vacuum for over a month now, and it has made my cleaning routine so much easier. The strong suction power and multi-layer filtration system handle dust, dirt, and debris effortlessly—I didn’t realize how much was hiding in my carpets until I used it! I received this vacuum 9/28/24. Upon initial use, it worked just fine, took a long time to charge each time I used it, but nothing that was so outlandish. About 4 maybe 5 (AT THE MOST) uses later it started to make this obnoxiously loud sound. I tried to get a replacement NOT refund REPLACEMENT and Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer, HOWEVER there is no “manufacturer” information on Amazon. Not a phone number or email. I was basically told that I can’t get a replacement nor a refund and now I’m stuck with a product that cost me $150 and it can’t be used. If it was $30 or even $50 I’d just take my looses but $150!!!!..that’s a lot smh and I’m really appalled. Never been through this before and moving forward I will not order any electronics from Amazon nor this manufacturer. I might just cancel Amazon altogether because I am a frequent shopper and a prime member but this has left a nasty taste in my mouth. Also, upon purchasing anything frm this app be sure to always check to see if there is manufacturer information because if not you might find yourself in a position like mine. ***update 12/10/24 Amazon gave me refund. The seller still has not reached out to me concerning their product. Moving forward I will not purchase from this seller again.

Not good for carpet or heavy duty messes. Got it for downstairs bathrooms so don’t have to bring heavy vacuum down there. Works good for that but using it on main level for high traffic zones with kids dogs etc, not the greatest. Ok product overall depends what you need it for.

Love this lightweight cordless vacuum! The suction is amazing! This vacuum arrived in 3 days! It comes with a crevice tool, dusting brush and all mounting screws and mounting hardware. The dust bin is easy to remove and you just wash the filters so there is no need to replace them. I have a robot vacuum and the day I received this vacuum I went over the entryway that the robot vacuum had just cleaned, much to my surprise this cordless vacuum picked up tons of dirt and hair that the robot vacuum had left behind. The day after I received this vacuum the exhaust fan in our bathroom was sounding like it wasn’t running well. It was covered in dust. This lightweight versatile vacuum made it a breeze to get the dust vacuumed up and the fan working like new again. My husband said the last time he cleaned the fan he had to soak and scrub all of the dust off, he was amazed that this vacuum was able to get it all on its own. We are thrilled with this vacuum and so happy with our purchase! Very worthy of 5 stars!

It feels like an upgrade from my previous canister vacuum. It's has been handy to have around, and I like that it stands on its own. Even though the suction isn’t quite as strong as my corded canister, it still cleans carpets well with its roller. There was a moment when the roller got stuck on the edge of my bathroom rug, but it detected it and turned off, so it was fine. I really like the mesh in front of the filter. It catches most of the dirt, and after a few uses, the filter still looks clean. Another feature I like is the quick-release canister door, which lets you empty it without having to take the rest apart.
