This is a beautiful pan! Never thought I'd say that about a pan😆 I followed the instructions in the video...before using..warmed up oil in the pan then cooled down and rinsed and wiped clean. I think it makes a BIG difference in making it more nonstick. I followed the directions when cooking my first thing..eggs. Remember, low and slow with the heat. (As per the instructions) Could not believe how incredible it was! Cooked perfectly and most importantly..DID NOT STICK! I didn't even use a spatula..I tipped the pan and the eggs slid right out! I showed the pan with the eggs and after... The handle DOES NOT get hot! Stays cool while the pan gets hot. Perfect...I'm very glad I put out the money for this pan. ... show more

I’ve only just gotten it and used once, but it worked great. It has a nice weight to it and cleaned up easily. I used wooden spoon so can’t speak to its scratch resistance. So far pleased with my purchase.

This is my second review of this pan, after reading and following instructions. As indicated in my first review, the pan is sturdy and well made. The embossed bottom works well with my glass top electric stove and the pan heats evenly. A standard 8" lid fits closely and seals while cooking. I use a metal spatula when cooking thin omelettes, which has not scratched the finish. Clean up is easy with sponge and liquid detergent, no hard scrubbing required inside or out. After a few uses, eggs began sticking to the center of the pan, which yielded a low rating in my initial review. The problem was, I am always in a rush and tend to crank up the burner to full in an effort to expedite cooking. I followed the instructions packaged with the pan and tried cooking at medium heat. Never has any sticking after that. In fact, I can tip the pan over a plate and the omelets slide out of the pan and onto the plate. It's amazing how well products can work if instructions are followed. My apologies for the initial review. ... show more
