The media could not be loaded. My current patio fan has been in use for over 10 years and I noticed this past summer that it didn’t cool down as much as my neighbors fan who had longer and additional blades. I jumped at the opportunity to give this product a try and it has not disappointed at all. The upgrade from the four blades I had before to the eight has made a huge difference. The install takes a little longer, but you will notice that your area is a lot cooler and circulates air a lot more efficiently in my opinion. The total install took about 25 minutes. I love the included safety cable that they include that you can tie to your ceiling block for extra security and you can also temporarily use it to hold your fan while you do the wiring. I also love how quiet it is compared to my previous model. This six-speed model at full speed is barely noticeable when it comes to noise. I also like that the fan remains stable at high speeds and doesn’t wobble. The remote is very handy as well and it controls every fan and light feature. The only slight nitpick is I wish that they allowed you an option to connect it directly to the power source from the house to allow you to use things like smart home ecosystems. However, the remote is just fine for most use cases. Overall, this fan is super nice, and I look forward to using it year-round, including now in the winter where you can use the easy reverse option (located on the remote) to circulate heat better. The size of this fan is 65 inch which is perfect for my large living room I’m replacing a smaller one with this one it looks amazing I like that is has 8 blades which makes the fan look fancy I like that in is an indoor or outdoor use it includes 6 inch and 20 inch down rods for installing on tall ceilings another thing I like about this fan is that it comes with a remote that has six speeds it also turns on the light which has three different color modes it also has a timer which can be set to 1 4 or 8 hours this fan has a powerful motor which blows out a good amount of air yet it is very quiet this fan has a modern industrial look which is great for house and business places another cool feature on this fan is the reversible function that allows you to use it anytime of the year ... show more
