Both boxes arrived together. I opened the first one and was very surprised to see that it looked off in color. I ordered taupe. I opened the second box and air had gotten in the bag with the cushion. As soon as the tape on the box was cut it exploded. I'm 72 and just had surgery, not the best thing to have happen. These cushions also seem a bit off in color. After finally removing the white covering it turned out that the actual color was gray, not taupe. Gray was not even a color option when I placed my order. I got the instructions and put the entire thing together with the help of 2 dogs who had the common sense to stay clear. Only one screw didn't line up correctly but no problem, I handled it. Everything fluffed up nicely and is quite comfortable. The ottoman is a bit too soft but, no biggie. And it is in fact truly gray. Well made and very simple to put together. Just requires patience and step by step. Most of all, Breathe. If a 72 year old woman can put this together by herself while wearing a surgical torso wrap I expect anyone can handle it. Well made and nice looking. Just a light spray with fabric freshener. (Taupe and gray are two very different colors.)

Very happy with the look. First time i bought furniture from Amazon. It worked out well. Assembled well. Seems very sturdy. The only downfall is the boxes were very heavy, but the good side is that once assembled it seems very durable. The only complaint, is one of the zippers on the arm pillows was sewn on backwards.

I love every about this couch EXCEPT the color. Absolutely nothing like the picture. Looks more grey than brown and it does not match anything about my home. If I didnt put so much work in unpacking and putting it together, I would definitely be returning. I did so much research too. Idk if I just got sent the wrong one or what but it's so far from the color I expected to arrive.

The media could not be loaded. Gorgeous, plush and so easy to put together. Seller communication was top tier. It’s important to note that you should wait for all boxes to arrive before attempting to assemble. We got the 3+2 and the boxes arrived with days of each other. Also I ordered the taupe color but it definitely looks more grey to me but it’s still beautiful and fits my decor. I alternate between using it as a 3 seat sofa and 2 seat loveseat and a 4 seat couch and armchair. Super easy and adds versatility to this unit. I’ve included pictures and videos. Cushions are sturdy and plush. This was a great buy
