I took my time and watched the assembly videos and looked over the directions very carefully. When I unpacked the box I laid everything out in order of assembly. It took about a half hour plus to assemble. The 1st time I lit the fire as suggested, it was good and “seasoned” heater. 2nd time I used it I was in a well ventilated area but had heavy curtains around my Gazebo. The heat out put was amazing, this was a very cold 5 degrees out side and within the space I was it probably was between 60/65 degrees. I felt this was a good purchase. Easy to light, easy to control the fire.

Not worth the money! Does not get hot, I have a propane heater that is rated for 50,000 BTU and it is much better and cheaper. Missing parts!

Great little pellet heater. This is not what I would call high-end but it’s plenty good quality for the price point. For the occasional use mine will see this is a terrific buy. Went together well, though instructions mislabeled the screws but that was easily recognized. Assembly took me about an hour by myself. It doesn’t radiate as much heat as I was hoping, but again for the price point we have a very nice heater for our covered patio, and it’s really pretty when burning

Pros: It looks great in my smallish pergola. It sort of disappears in the space which is great for me. It puts off some nice heat. It is positioned in such a way that my afternoon/evening strong breeze blows the heat away and I’m still warm. It definitely burns hot. Much like a camp fire made of the boxed wood at the store. The flame looks nice. Cons: It took forever to put together. He said the instructions were not clear. There was a missing screw for the column. There were also a good amount of embers that came out the top that made me nervous. The second use there were still embers. This is a great concern because I life in a fire zone. The lack of an actual damper is a flaw in design as far as I’m concerned. There is no real way to kill the flame. You have to wait until it goes out. UPDATE: after a few uses I didn’t see anymore embers. So I added a star. Basic info: Torch lighter strongly recommended. It smoked a lot in the first use which I think is to be expected. The first use required the occasional jiggling the little handle in the side to get the fire up again. The second use one bag of the pellets lasted almost exactly an hour. I will use it again this evening. To see how it goes. After checking today the pellet compartment is still almost full. I did not check or jiggle to see if there was more in the pellet department. So when the flame gets really low you jiggle the hadle so more pellets will fall then burn.

After months of use I can confirm… it just doesn’t give off much heat. Looks good. Wood fire effect is cool. But not a great heater.

Really good value nicely built, I’m very impressed and it made a lovely addition to our deck. Very easy to use so you can spend more time enjoying the warmth. My only wish was that it had more visual area but I am happy with this purchase.

It’s easy to assemble, the quality is great, easy to use and work perfectly. There is even some space to put some corns. The size is just right for my patio. Glad to have this before winter!
