Love the looks and the heat.The pull out tank ROCK’S.BUT the metal connector’s for the glass will scratch the finish.No matter how careful I am to pull the cover off it moves the glass.Should have had some sort of cushion for that.

Sellers customer service was very good, they communicated with us when it was shipped and explained how to handle the delivery when it arrived. While we were expecting a phone call from the trucking company to set up a delivery date...well that didn't happen, fortunately we were available when the truck showed up. Love the look but don't count on the heat. Also, the propane is very noisy when pumping through it. We like the look, just not giving us the function that we had expected.

The paint is chipping off of it. I have two kids. Their toys chip the paint. Plastic toys may I add. Not sure if this company has touch up paint for the light gray one but I need it. Not good.

This is gorgeous and bigger than I was anticipating. VERY heavy. The glass beads are beautiful and very complimentary of our patio furniture. Unfortunately the starter went out after the second use but it's an easy replacement from a local hardware store. The lighting is beautiful and warmth is perfect. The media could not be loaded. Easy to use. Love that it’s a lower table, for drinks. Heat output is really good. The only problem was the door to the propane kept falling opened. Not the best door-not very secure. Other than that, it’s a great fire table. We love it.
