This thing puts out some heat! Even on the lowest setting, I was able to sit a few feet away and still feel warm. At the highest setting, it can be felt about 10 feet away. The flame feature looks cool and puts out a relatively low amount of heat, but I don't see that as a negative. Setup was pretty easy, although it was kind of hard to see how the igniter battery gets installed. Without a propane bottle, it's easy to move, but it is fairly heavy with a full bottle. I also really like how it looks, especially the glow of the heater section. While it's on the higher priced side of gas fire tables, it's built well and works as advertised. For the price, I feel like it should come with a cover, but I was able to get one easily enough. ... show more

Ninja does it again. This Fierside360 heater puts out a good amount of heat while adding ambiance and decor to my outdoor living space. The heater is lager than I expected, but it doesn't bother me and I should've expected the larger size to be able to fit a 20lb propane tank inside. The fireplace portion is just gorgeous and not whimpy at all. This heater fits perfectly on my covered deck where a tall, stand up propane heater wound be unsightly near the roof of my deck and cumbersome to move around. With this Ninja Firesied360, you can place it in the center of a deck and feel the heat comfortably in about a 10ft x 10ft space on a 50 degree day. The color and feel of the heater and controls are solid as expected from any Ninja product. It's a bit on expensive side, but I truly believe it's worth the investment. I'd recommend this product to those seeking a quality heater (like myself) that will do the job. ... show more

It has to types of flames and it keeps everyone sitting around warm and toasty on very cold night . No installation . Just need to buy your propane and you are all set. We absolutely love our Ninja Fireside! Easy to use, heater puts out lots of heat and the firepit offers a nice, warm, relaxing ambiance. Read the instructions, as staying the first time you may have to hold it down longer than you anticipate to get it started, but works great!! Like all my Ninja products, I love the outdoor fire pit. Easy to set up and great heat with or without the flame. One issue, a couple of the youtube and unbox demos include a cover for the grill/lava rocks. Mine did not have a cover. I am trying to find out who to contact to ask about the cover.

UPDATE: bought this heater in October and it no longer ignites. Of course my window for returning has closed. This heater is amazing. I'm running on the low setting in 45°, and it's literally heating the whole porch. The only reason I knocked one star off is because it came with a big dent in the side. My husband was able to get most of it out knowing it would be too much of a pain to ship back. This heater is definitely worth the money, you won't regret it! ... show more

Yes! I'm from the Monterey Bay area and it's usually too cool at night to use our patio space. We had a fire pit before but it only added ambiance no warmth. This is the PERFECT replacement. We can sit and chill in the patio but also be comfortable and cozy. Very attractive design. I think I ordered the "stone" color? A great outdoor heater that can keep a small area warm. My wife loves sitting next to it with the radiant heat that it puts out. Comes pretty much assembled, just need to add a battery for the ignition. It did have a loose wire connection that I needed to fix in order for the thermocouple to operate but once that was fixed it was smooth sailing.
