    • Mrs Potato Head hasn't aged a bit
This will bring back a lot of memories from childhood for a lot of people. I have no idea how old the Mr Potato Head franchise is, but I had them back when I was a kid, and that's been a few decades. We bought this and a few others for my granddaughter and she's enjoying it as much as we did. We got the Mrs and the Mr along with a bucket of random parts and another generic head and the kids are having a blast swapping the parts and making new funny characters. It's true.... if yesterday's kids enjoyed something and thought it hilarious, today's kids will also love it. Humans have the same funny bone today that they have always had. I do however recommend a strategy in dealing with parts or you will walk on them in the middle of the night. The parts won't be damaged as they are incredibly resilient, but your feet won't be so lucky. We got the "Potato Head Playskool Mr.Potato Head Tater Tub" to go with it for the sake of variety, but also secretly as a place we knew could have them put the parts they weren't using. The Potato Heads are highly recommended for kids of all ages. Considering I saw my son having fun with it as much as his kids [and I did too], this was easily one of the top and most universally enjoyed gifts from Christmas. I bought this for my niece since it reminded me of my childhood however I felt as though they fell apart super easy, you could just be holding it and and ear would fall. Which I get is the idea and point of the ms.potato head but its inconvenient since you might lose pieces by accident. I still loved the product and so did my niece but I don’t remember my childhood toy dropping the pieces that easily. ... show more

    • A great update on a classic
The biggest updated are the shoes and the arms. The shoes actually stay on and the potato is free standing, and you can pull the arms off and put them in without needing vice-grips. My three-year old loves this move and the updated Mr Potato Head. She can put the pieces anywhere and assemble it all by herself. There are two mouths and two noses, and one set of each of the other items. The hair and the feet don't fit inside the potato. Would definitely recommend for children between 2 and 5. ... show more
