The 25U rack is easy to assemble. Quality parts and hardware throughout. Very sturdy after tightening all the bolts. The instruction could be a little better. None of the parts are labeled, so you have to rely on small pictures. I was afraid about the bottom brace since it looks like the corners are sharp, which if you have this in a home environment can really scratch you, but in this case, all the corners are rounded off. It does come with cage nuts and screws, grounding cable, cable management hooks, a 10 and 13 mm wrench, and a screw driver. The tools are nice and quality but I ended up using a socket and ratchet to speed things up. The casters roll easily on hard surfaces but carpeted areas struggle a bit. This rack is really impressive. I used it for a test lab full of Cisco UCS servers, HP servers, network equipment, and storage arrays. This held everything like a champ. This rack can be very deep. We initially set it up and realized it was deeper than the cabinet racks that we have. The box arrived a bit damaged, but this is just all metal. There isn't really much of anything to be damaged so I have no issue. All screws and parts arrived and installation was fairly straightforward. When compared to more expensive racks, there really isn't anything you can complain about. Anytime somebody is looking for a rack, I recommend this one. ... show more

Great for the price. Pain in the neck to assemble. The instructions were very brief and little help. Once we got it assembled it seems very sturdy and works well. We've had it up for a few days.

Assembly was straightforward. Casters/wheels are solid and add mobility to the rack unit without adding any bulk or instability. Provides ample configuration options for different depths of equipment. Instructions featured well-written English. apart from a few confusing Left/Right references, assembly was simple. I would recommend having a friend help when assembling the second phase of the rack, since it requires some coordination to hold all the parts in as they are fastened.
