This scope is great. Some have bashed it because it does not come with mounting rings. Get yourself a Spuhr QD 30mm scope mount because you don’t want cheap rings on a 6k scope and you WILL want to mount it on other rifles. Quick start manual has a scan code for your phone that downloads ALL the instructions to include the ballistic calculator data that the shooter inputs; most ammo is already input for the shooter making calculations very easy and shot placement precise. After paying $6000 for this scope to find out when it arrives that there is no mount with it. Couldn't throw in a $30 mount to at least get started? No even a recommendation of what to get. I'm in rural and dont have the luxury to go to the local sporting store, takeing the scope to find out what fits. Ordered several different ones that will take 8 days to arrive.Who knows if they will work. I was going to go hunting this weekend with my buddies and try out my new toy. Not now... There is no paper manual just a quick start guide that the font is so small i can not read without a magnifying glass. It is heavy and all the weight is the barrel end. I dont know how you would hold the rifle without using a bipod ... show more
