I had occasion to contact customer support. Once, regarding multiple fans in close proximity. Although there are no switch settings, which is what I was used to, they went through the pairing procedure with me and assured me that the fans all came pre-paired. True to their word, each of the many fans throughout my home were installed; Each responded ONLY to its own remote; and NONE of them required pairing. They have all operated flawlessly since installation, which was very easy and straightforward. If you are installing into a ceiling with no current fixture, I recommend that you buy a fan box brace (I used www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000HEIYHA/ ) to perform a strong support and easy installation. I love that you can control everything from the remote: color temperature and intensity; a nearly infinite dimming; six speeds of fan; and push-button summer/winter (rotation) settings. On a separate occasion, I contacted support to purchase additional hardware. They made arrangements through Amazon for me to receive this (purchasing a special "package") at an extremely reasonable rate. This company is Top Notch--not only in product, but in both pre- and post-sales.

This ceiling fan has been excellent so far, and I really don't have any complaints. **Installation:** We have an old house, so I was worried some of the wiring wouldn't work, but I didn't have any issues at all. The total installation took about 60 minutes, mostly because we have very tall ceilings and I hadn't installed a fan before so I was taking my time. The instructions were very clear and straightforward. I always knew what my next step was and whether I was doing something incorrectly. **Build:** The build quality seems strong. There is no extra movement or sway in the fan; it sits tightly in place. The blades are light but sturdy, so I don't think there will be any bending. **Looks:** I was worried about how the fan would look in our old house, but it is sleek and less noticeable than most. **Light:** My only minor complaint is about the light. It's bright enough, but I would prefer something even brighter. The cloudy light cover seems to diffuse the light, so it would be nice to have other options. We typically use really bright white bulbs, so if you're used to standard lights, you won't notice. Also, the rest of the smart bulbs in my house are color-changing, but this isn't really an issue. **Fan:** It has a wonderful range from 0 to 100. I usually keep it on five at night, as it moves air nicely. There are several other modes where it starts and stops for a "breeze" effect, but I prefer the on/off nature of it. **Sound:** I sometimes forget it's on, it's so quiet. Even at 100% spin, there's no rattling or clicking. It's amazing. **Google Integration:** It uses Tuya for smart integration, which makes things really easy. The best part is that it separates the light and the fan in terms of commands. If I say "turn on the fan," it only turns the fan on without the light. I absolutely prefer this so that when I do it at night, I'm not blinded. **Remote Control:** The remote is easy to use and easy to install. I don't use it much, but it's nice to have. **Bottom Line:** I would buy this fan again and likely will buy it for other rooms. If you know what you're doing, this fan is great. If you're worried about installation but are minimally handy, you'll be fine.

DC motor runs quietly even on its highest speed provided that the blades are balanced correctly. There are 6 speeds and give you more choices ranging from breeze to good cfm. Led lighting is dimmable and color-changing. App connection is easy to do when the wifi is good. Remote is solid and work well, app is easy to use, and voice control with alexa is the reason we buy this smart fan. Just prepare 2 AAA battery for the remote. It is not included and you can not connect the app without the remote. Worth the cost and high recommend！

I started off ordering one of these to be sure I like it before purchasing more. The first one went up easy and I really like the control features. I have purchased other brands and I will say the it's the small things that make this fan edge those out. For example, you can switch the light from cool white to bright white all while the light stays on (the other brand I got turns the light off and then back on to switch the light color, annoying...). You can also change the brightness intensity, all from the remote. Another cool feature is you can reverse the direction of the fan so in the winter you can pull warm air into the room. Overall I am completely satisfied with the look, function, and price of these fans.

Edit: i have since updated my review to 4 stars since the seller reached out to offer several solutions to help me and i was greatly appreciative. If you have an issue please reach out to the seller and they will do the best they can to make right any problems. I brushed off the other reviews saying that the install was difficult because they said it was the first one they had ever installed and figured that didn't apply to me but oooh no. The install process is fine up until the end where you have to install the brain of the unit and tie together 4-5 different ground wires for the system which leaves little to no space to install the box that is the brain of the unit. I also bought this to replace an old ceiling lamp that was not very bright but unfortunately neither was this one. I was really hoping for a much brighter light given that it has several leds in it but it might be worse than my old fan/light. Other than that it seems to work well as a fan and looks nice but thats about it.
