I couldn't imagine only one person working on it. drawings are a bit confusing in the beginning. This definitely requires specialty tools which my handy husband had available and takes a few hours to put together but it's very much well worth it. The chairs are nice and big I can fold myself into them and it's not only gorgeous but very solid furniture. The covers are wonderful for when its not in use and the pillows and cushions are super comfy and of great quality all with removeable covers. They feel very expensive.

Customer service is very responsive. Packages arrived on different days and delayed but that is not the fault of supplier. The instructions are very basic and difficult to follow because the diagrams do not always reflect the correct pieces or orientation (i.e. instructions call for piece Q but really they mean R, or call for the smallest screws but really they mean medium). No extra hardware supplied. This was a 6hr project to assemble with 2 people, but well worth the time! I absolutely love the furniture. It’s gorgeous, comfortable, and sturdy. I love the storage table and the covers are an added bonus. We are very pleased with the purchase and would do it again!

Now that it's fully assembled, I love this patio set. It's very comfortable, looks exactly like the photos, and the included covers are easy to put on and stay put—even in high wind, which is impressive. That said, the assembly was a major challenge. It took over six hours, and the tool provided for attaching the feet was nearly unusable. I ended up buying a longer tool, which made a big difference and sped things up. If you're planning to assemble this yourself, I highly recommend having better tools on hand. One downside: the table broke during assembly. The flimsy cable meant to attach the top to the base snapped the very first time we opened it. I reached out to the manufacturer but haven’t heard back yet. Also, compared to my previous set, this one takes a bit longer to dry after rain, so keep that in mind if you're in a wet climate. Despite the hiccups, for the price and overall quality, I would absolutely purchase this again. Just be prepared for a time-consuming setup.

Great quality! I was a bit worried from some of the other reviews, but decided to take a chance since it was cheaper than anything else which fit my requirements. I am 6'2" (1.9 meters) and pretty heavy. I fit comfortably on the chairs, and the cushions are supportive. It did take a long time to assemble, and the instruction had some inaccuracies, but I have put enough Ready To Assemble furniture together to be a career almost. If you are not handy, think 2 stars less and cry a bit. If you are handy, this is a very nice value for a quality product.

Got this because it was on sale and seemed like a nice set. It IS nice. But assembly was awful. Save yourself the frustration and do not use the tools they give you. Use your own or even go out and buy some if you need them. It will save you hours of frustration. I had to force together pieces and felt like I was bending some of the arms together to get them to connect. Also the directions they give you are awful. But once you do it twice you can figure out how the rest of it goes. I would also like to mention that you need to open ALL the packages because I was under the assumption that each box was a chair. It seems they put all the arms in one, the backs on another, etc. and the hardware and directions for all of it is in one box with the exception of the coffee table. It looks nice and seems sturdy for the price and the wife likes it so I also have to like it…even though she contributing nothing to put it together lol.

Holy wow! This thing is awesome! I didn’t even know it came with covers for the furniture! We put them on whenever we don’t use the furniture to keep it nice. It’s really comfortable and a fraction of the cost of the other similar pieces. The color is very nice as well. Word of advice: this comes in more than one box and you WILL have to build this. You might want to have help to build it. You need at least 2 full days to build it - no joke! But what it lacks in convenience, it makes up for with being inexpensive. The screws are very small. Be patient.

Final results are worth it!!! I wanted to start by saying that because once you finish putting everything together, you see the beauty of this product. I have to agree with everyone on how annoying it was to figure out the instructions and not clearly understanding the diaphragms. Some parts were not properly aligned but, we made it work. Another important note is that you have to use your own tools to speed up the process and make sure all bolts are properly tightened. Overall, it took me about 6 hours to put everything together (of course taking long breaks). Material seems very sturdy and very modern. The colors are beautiful. Cushions are thick and comfortable. They don't sit too low. Size is acceptable for bigger people. I got the Gray and Royal blue. It just looks stunning, will be taking pics once I have it fully set up in my back covered porch. I would definitely recommend this well-made outdoor furniture to anyone.

First things first arrival. Package did not all arrive at once which made me have a huge panic attack. I contacted the seller and the immediately got back with me and sent the shipping info. Packages did arrive a day apart so don’t freak out haha. Second, assembly. The instructions are absolute garbage. The pictures aren’t good quality and can look confusing. The parts in the pictures for some of mine are mislabeled from what came labeled. It took me an entire day to build the set. My thumbs, knees, hands, and thoughts are sore. Third satisfaction: I love how the set looks, feels, and elevates my patio. I as you can see added some Orange outdoor pillows to the teal set highly recommend. For what you pay for you truly do get a good deal. It’s comfortable, sturdy, and visually appealing. Seats are comfortable and sturdy holding good weight I’m 278 pounds. 4/5 stars and only because the instructions were absolute garbage. Had they been better it would’ve been 5/5.
