Amazing Chipper! Love the Honda engine. It’s so quiet. Can’t go wrong with a Honda. Should last a lifetime! Moves easily considering the weight. I lift it up to put on my mower ball for towing. It eats the branches very quickly! I’ll make a video of it. Even 3-4 inches were nothing. Took a little more effort on larger 5-6 branches. I think the torque would chip larger. But anything larger I’ll just burn! Highly recommend this company and the mulched. I looked at the Chinese engine at 1000cc. It would probably work great. But the Honda makes the quieter motor.

I bought this several months ago and used it a lot to clear out brush and limbs on the land we just purchased. It starts up nice and cuts through the branches with ease. It pulls very well behind our 4-wheeler.

This product was shipped to me with a defective battery. After that, the clutch burned out with less than 5 hours of light use; It didn't even make it to an oil change. When I contacted customer service, they said it was normal wear and tear and not a warranty. I ordered a new clutch, and when I received it, the mechanic brought to my attention that there were no instructions available for the replacement. When I again contacted customer service, they just sent me a pdf of the manual, like they didn't or couldn't read my request. Then they sent me a YouTube video for the clutch replacement for a completely different machine. Then, when I finally did get instructions, the mechanic found issues with the engine, most likely what caused the clutch to prematurely fail in the first place. When I again brought this to customer service, they asked for a copy of the report and ghosted me immediately afterward. Been going on for months now, and still no acknowledgement. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
