My wife and I are thrilled with this fan. I installed it in a porch we are renovating and it turned out to be a perfect fit for the look we were going for. The blade movement is smooth and quiet. The light allows three colors, including a warm glow. The fan and light are responsive to the remote, and after purchase I received an email letting me know that I can also connect via phone if I were to ever lose the remote. Customer service has been great. During installation I made a stupid mistake and cut some wires (thinking I needed to modify something, which I didn't) ... which left me needing a new small wire connector piece. I was not very optimistic when I emailed OFANTOP customer service, but I received a response within four hours (from Bree) and she said they'd mail out the piece I needed (without charge). After I received the replacement part, I was able to complete installation. Installation is pretty straight-forward, but it might take a few repeat readings to understand exactly what needs to connect to what. Fitting the receiver into the space where it's supposed to go in the body of the fan was a challenge. I had to really force it in and was a little I might damage something while doing so, but I got it to fit, and it works perfectly. We've only had the fan for a few weeks, but so far we are very happy with it.

I was in the market for a fan for our guest bedroom. I stayed in an AirBnB that had this fan and was so impressed with it, I placed the Amazon order before we even left. It was incredibly easy to assemble, although it wasn’t super clear that the light plate was included and needed to be disassembled before mounting. I reached out to support and got a quick, thorough, and kind response on how to mount the light kit. The fan itself is very powerful, quiet, beautiful, and I love the remote and warm/cool dimmable light options in addition to the fan. I am SO glad I went with this one - it’s perfect!

We have installed these elegant fans in 2 of our bedrooms and are very happy with the results. They can quietly push a lot of air and provide more than sufficient light for everyday use. I chose them in part because of their simple but highly flexible remote controls which control fan speeds, light intensities and color. Installation was very straightforward. We have just ordered 2 additional fans for our remaining bedrooms.

I purchased three fans - two flush mount and one standard. They look amazing! The light is bright, and the electrician mentioned they were easy to install. They are very quiet and provide great airflow. I would recommend this brand, and I might buy more in the future. I am giving it 4 stars because the smart connection did not work right away. However, the customer service provided additional instructions and support. For one of the fans, they even sent a new transmitter and remote. Excellent customer service.

The media could not be loaded. The install for this fan is extremely annoying and the blades are cheap plastic, but it looks good once it's installed, and at least for me it's completely silent and balanced. I do wish there was an even lower lowest-speed mode since it moves so much air. The problems with the install process are: - There's a rubber piece that goes between the ceiling mount and the ceiling but the cutout for wires is in the wrong place (and sticks up). I had to cut out the part that stuck up and then cut another hole for the wires. I bought two more of this fan and I'm considering just not using this rubber piece for them. - There's a quick-connect system for the wires but one of the pieces gets in the way of the mounting screws so you have to remove it, the re-attach it after the ceiling mount is mounted. Honestly I wish they'd just take the quick connect system out since it's more work than just twisting some wires together the normal way. - The bolt screws for the fan blades were *all* covered by misaligned foam spacers. I had to remove and re-apply all of them to get the bolts in (it's hard to see but this is my third picture). Note that the cover over the screws in the top mount is just a piece of (slightly off-white) rubber and mount itself is shiny white instead of off-white. Surprisingly, even the WiFi / app controls aren't bad, and Google Assistant controls it reliably, although it can't control the speed or fan direction - you need to use the Smart Life app for that. Google Assistant also can't set the fan color, but realistically there's no reason to ever change the color (set it to warm in a bedroom and cool in an office and then never touch it again).
