1. As usual the Amazon instructions left out major steps in assembly. Does anybody at Amazon review the parts and instruction sheets sold for clarity and quality? The assembly instructions were sketches, not pctures and full of double talk and mistakes. The LED plate to light cover fastener holes were not stamped correctly and all had BURRS that had to be hand drilled for correct diameter and then deburred with a file. This fan is a piece of junk and not worth buying. I was having guests and forced to re-fab this fan to make it work. If you are an Asian company making items to sell to America then hire an English speaking Tech Writer. Vice versa for English to Asian. Also, a cell phone pic is 100 times better for clarity than a hand sketch. Also, there was no code on the instruction sheet or box to scan and get additional help. Maybe the Tariffs will put a stop to exporting junk to send back to Amazon. ... show more

I’m so disappointed in these fans, what a waste of time, money, and effort. They are terrible at blowing air, even on the highest setting they’re pretty weak. It took me weeks to figure out how to get them to blow any air at all but on the highest setting it’s still not very strong. They will turn off after a while, supposedly from the motor overheating but when it’s 80 degrees in your room at night and the fan turns off halfway through the night? That’s not fun. The thing that is the worst is that I bought these specifically because they showed a light switch in the photo so I thought they came with a wireless switch for the light but it didn’t. My house is going to be a rental and I already know it’s going to be an issue with guests not being able to turn the lights on (anything non-intuitive somehow baffles the public) I’d return them if I wasn’t in a hurry, and I hadn’t already installed 4 of them. ... show more
