I really like this box. It's the perfect size, and the compartments are just right for a balanced meal. I have a couple different lunch containers and this one is my go-to, without question. I usually put noodles or rice and a protein with sauce in the bottom, vegetables in the middle, and fruit and a cookie on the top. I wouldn't put soup in it, but I haven't had an issue with leaking. I would give it five stars, easily, but unfortunately, it broke within a month of moderate, twice-weekly use. Both of the latches broke off of the lid and though they can be shoved back on and latched still, it is much less secure and they fall off again easily. I think considering the affordability and convenient size of this bento I will likely purchase a new one even though it, too, is liable to break. Best, perhaps, for adults and responsible kids who will handle it with care to avoid breaking it as I did. EDIT: I have increased my rating from three to four stars following a refund offered following this review. While the fact remains that the box broke, thus four rather than five stars, it is a good, practical box which holds plenty of food and is fairly leak-proof. I will be utilizing the refund to purchase a replacement bento and I will happily continue using it. Should my new box hold up well, I will without hesitation edit this review again to give it five stars.

Super cute! Fits easily in kids lunch box. I find that the typical bento boxes hold such small portions of everything that's it's impractical for my kids. The bottom part of this container holds a decent amount of food and comes with a lid. The top portion can also be used for food, it has a rubber ring to help it seal shut. I did a leak test and filled both top and bottom with water, left it on its side for about 10 mins and when I checked.. nothing leaked! Utensils include a fork with serated side for cutting and a spoon as well as a utensil rest to set them down on. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

I loved how novel this little lunch box was!! It was small and compact and perfect for my small lunch bag that I take into the office. I've been practicing portion control so in terms of size, this was great. The reason I gave it a 3 stars is that it's somewhat tricky to clean and to eat out of. The Utensils that come with it are also a bit bizarre and difficult to use. The biggest reason for the average rating is that I dropped it once, from about 4 feet height, and it broke. Parts chipped, clamps fell off, and there were cracks in the body of the box. Overall, tried really hard to love it. Maybe the bigger size would have made a bit of difference? It's just so awkward to hold at the 750ml size, and because of how small it is, it was hard to hold (hence the dropping)

This is an edit. I am going to give it 2 star becuase the hinges on the two latches on the side are extreamly fragile. One side got bent out of shape and when i attempted to pop it back into place but then it shattered and is now broken and not usable. Both latches MUST be functional in order to keep the layers together. Im quite disappointed, i think it popped out of place to begin with becuase i see small stress fractures in that area i noticed before use that was from poor packaging. I am unable to provide the stress fracture pictures becuase my camera cannot pick them up. I dont know 100% what caused the break. I used this for 11 days everyday. I loved it:< im leaving my original review becuase there are a lot of things i love about this product. But it is fragile. I have to say i gave 2 star for durability becuase when it arrived in the mail one area had a very small stress fractures and for the most part i beleive it was becuase of how it was mailed. It came in a thinnly lined mailing bag. It didnt have much protection. For the most part you wont be throwing these parts around if you use them for food. I believe the "leak proof" portion still works properly. I waited several days to review so i knew about this product more and how it funtions. Its very easy to stack, its very easy to clean and its very easy to throw things in for work or school. If you are worried about how much food it can hold, DONT. becuase i am a plus size mama and this fits enough to make sure you are full. I use the bottom portion for main course, the middle for my sons portion or bread, veggies or light food. And the top for desert and utensils. Fork and spoon are much easier to use then the chop stick sides of utensils. The type of "plastic" makes it it a bit slipery in terms of utensils. The spoon is my best friend in this set. The fork works but it doesnt work with finner or soft foods. If you prefer chop sticks i suggest using your personal set. I love this lunch box.

I love this bento box, especially for lunches. I find that it has enough compartments for a little bit of everything that you want to snack on. I don’t like a big lunch so I like how this box portions all my food out. I also really like that there is a divider so that I can have even more variety! This is really cool if you are on the go at work, or even for your little ones’ lunch!
