This fan took me about 3 hrs to install. Granted, the wiring in my old home needs updating, so there were random colored wires running to the fan, instead of the normal white, red, and black. The fan once installed hasn't missed a beat. Blows pretty strong air and the light is brighter than I need. I love the fact that the fan has 6 settings (?) for speed, which makes it easy to dial it to the setting I want during that time. Having remote control access is hugely convenient. I also think it looks fashionable, build quality seems really good, and is a huge update to my room in my older house. I would genuinely suggest you know what wires are neutral, hot, and ground first (in your system) before you start the install. Apart from that, enjoy! 😄 ... show more

Received this item a little over a month ago and just got around to installing it. installation was a breeze, I've installed many ceiling fans and i have to say this was by far the easiest to install! the construction is pretty solid, the fan blades are well designed, there is no rattle or vibration so far. The only peice that looks and feels cheaply made is the light cover. PROS - well made - easy to install - quiet - air flow is far beyond any fan I've had in the past - voice/remote control are great... see con below CONS - light could be brighter - light cover could have a better look/feel - I've found no way to get replacement remotes - cannot control light with alexa/google voice only fan (i wish this was in the description because it would have been a deal breaker) over all I'm fairly happy with the purchase, im gonna have to get a new contoller because i would like the light to be voice activated aswell. ... show more

I purchased one of these fans for the bedroom. Liked it so much, that I bought two more! The fan produces more airflow than any other fan that I’ve ever seen (perhaps a bit too much so at its lowest setting). I prefer its sleek looks and minimalist motor housing. But its real value is its included remote, wifi and voice command controls. Most big-box store wifi enabled fans retail cost at 2x or 3x times what I paid for this capable fan. ... show more

This fan looks fantastic in my husband’s man cave and he says it was very easy and straightforward to install. I love how there are 3 different lighting settings/ brightness. It’s much nicer than the old ceiling fan we replaced. Highly recommend this fan!

I purchased this fan for my living room and it is perfect. It has 3 light settings as well as multiple fan settings. The fan keeps you cool even at the lowest setting. I love that it has a remote and pairs with Alexa easily!

I bought three of these fans for a basement remodel in November. I have mixed feelings about them because of one major issue - when turned on and off from the wall switch, the light cycles through its temperatures with each flip on - and there are three temperatures. The good: they look nice and are very stable and very quiet even at the highest speed. The highest speed we've nicknamed "helicopter mode" because they are SO FAST at that speed. They move air very efficiently; we have one single fan cooling a 16x35 room and boy does it do its job. The remote control has multiple features that my remote fans in the past have not - you can change the rotational direction, light temperature and brightness, fan speed, set an off timer, and turn the light or fan on/off independently from each other all from the remote. Note that the remote only comes in white. We had a (horrible) contractor install them and he threw away the app pairing information so we can't use the app that comes with them, but I'm not detracting from the fan rating due to this as it isnt the fan's fault. I can't speak to the ease of install but if that nincompoop can install them without messing something up, they MUST be super easy. We have them mounted to the floor joists above a drop ceiling with a small hole cut out for the fan shaft and the height is perfect. The uncomfortable: as mentioned above, when turned on and off from the wall switch, the light cycles through its temperatures with each power on. I have warm white recessed lighting in the same room as it is a huge space and the fan light matches with its most "yellow" setting. The other two light colors are jarringly different. This can be corrected with the remote control, however this is an extra step I have to take with the fan. This is really inconvenient and when you enter and exit a room many times during the day it gets on your nerves quite quickly. I almost rated these 2 stars in my frustration before weighing all of the things I like about the fans. ... show more
