We have a fairly large bedroom with a low ceiling, so finding the right ceiling fan turned out to be much more difficult than we expected. We tried several other fan/light combinations, but they either hung down too far or the lights were simply too dim to adequately illuminate the room. I'll admit I was skeptical because of the low price, but we decided it was worth trying. I'm glad we did. This fan extends only about 11 inches from the ceiling, which is a big advantage if you have lower ceilings. As a tall person, I especially appreciate not feeling like the fan is hanging over my head. The 52-inch fan moves plenty of air for our bedroom, but what really impressed us was the light. It offers multiple color temperatures and adjustable brightness. We prefer the warm white setting, and at maximum brightness it fills our large bedroom with light—something several more expensive fans failed to do. If you're looking for a fan with a genuinely useful ceiling light, this one delivers. Another nice feature is that the fan and light can also be controlled through a downloadable app. Setup can be a bit finicky at first, but the trick is to completely turn off power to the fan and then turn it back on to put it into pairing mode. Once connected, it works well and adds a convenient level of control. Installation was straightforward, although I did find one part of the instructions less than ideal. The manual recommends fully assembling the fan before hanging it from the ceiling bracket for wiring. I found it much easier to install the ceiling mounting plate first, wire and mount the motor, and then attach the blades and light afterward. It made the installation much more manageable. My only other minor complaint is that I wish the lowest fan speed were a little slower for nighttime use. Overall, this fan exceeded my expectations. It solved the exact problem we were trying to address, a low-profile fan with a bright, adjustable light, and it did so at a price well below many competing models. If you are looking for a compact design, excellent lighting, and good value, I would definitely recommend giving this fan a try. (I've included photos showing the fan with the light off and with the warm white setting at full brightness.)

Great fan and living room light and the remote with so many easy to use settings makes it all the better. No more having to get up and yank chains or reverse rotation. Its quiet and smooth with great airflow and the light is nice and bright when we want to light up the entire living room wall to wall and dims to a soft glow for a nice night light. I'm 71 yrs old and it took me about 2 hrs to remove our gawdy looking 4 bulb 40 yr old fan and assemble and install this unit and it was well worth it. Can't beat the under $60 cost for such a nice modern fan. Thinking of getting another one for the kitchen and probably will.

We installed this fan in one of the hottest rooms in our house, and I honestly wish we had bought it sooner. The airflow is incredible—even on the lower settings, you can feel the difference immediately. It has made the room so much more comfortable during these hot summer days, and we don't have to rely on the AC nearly as much. I also love all the extra features. The remote and app control are super convenient, the adjustable light brightness and color temperatures are perfect for any time of day, and the DC motor is whisper quiet. It looks modern, runs smoothly, and has been one of the best home upgrades we've made. If you have a room that never seems to cool down, this fan is absolutely worth every penny!

There is a design flaw in the connection between the upper and the middle portion in that the pressed sheet metal is too thin to handle the load without flexing. This causes levels of vibrations that result in an unacceptable amount of noise. No degree of installation expertise can overcome this engineering flaw. Beyond that, the light isn't even close to being 3000 lumen. Probably more like 1500 lumen.

Looks great (except I hate the current look of the LED light fixtures), moves a ton of air, very quiet, and can go to the brightness level we need for the area. Took us a bit to get used to the remote, but works like a charm! Set up the phone app. The QR code didn't help at all. Had to just go to the app and set it up that way. Per my contractor (husband) who installed it, the installantion directions (which he didn't follow) were wrong. It recommends putting it all together and then attaching to the ceiling. The base should be installed first so tou don't have to maneuver around the blades.

i asked my general contractor to find me on Amazon a fan the is a bright light and doesn't use much electricity. After about 10 minutes and about 10 items looked at he found this one and delivered as promise. Warning, it took me and licensed Electrician 90 minutes per fan to install so it's not easy as my Electrician does lots of fans. But you have to assemble figure out how to install the blades and put on about 20 screws if not more and then take out the old fan after covering the area over beds with sheets and find a way to get up to the ceiling and install the fan. Also if you need to replace the old wall switch for on or off and also where to install the new switch. Now this is a licensed Electrician and after installing the first fan no power. Turns out he connected the wires such that the green and black where touching so our adjacent room did not have power as well. First while he was checking I asked Rufus what was going on and Rufus gave us 4 possiblities and we looked at the first 3 before solving the problem. After Electrician made sure green and black don't touch can now reset breaker and it works like a champ. Does this sound like the average person can install? I don't think so. But product has 6 light setting or fan positions and reverse and forward. Is quiet and BRIGHT! Hard to find bright fans! Quality product so bought 2 and used 2. Only in for 5 hours but should be good.

Works great ! The lighting is bright. The fan cord works great and it looks great. I couldn’t ask for a better fan. The cost of the fan was worth it. I recommend anyone to buy this fan.
