I just recently got a patio heater and realized I didn't have a way to protect it from the elements over the winter. When I came across this cover, I knew it was just what I needed. The cover is pretty decent. The quality seems good. The exterior material feels very durable and strong. The interior material feels as it if would be water-resistant and non-permeable. The seams are all solid without any tears or loose threads. The cover has handles, making it easy to manuever around the heater when covering it. It also has a zipper, that goes down the length of the cover, which makes it so much easier to cover. You don't have to try to slide or wedge it down over the heater - you merely have to put the top of the cover over the top of the heater, pull the sides around to bring the two sides of the zipper close together, and zip it shut. There's also a stretchy "drawstring" at the bottom so that you can tighten it up at the base. I have the traditional style heater with the flying saucer shape at the top, and this cover fits it really well. It's not so snug that it's hard to zip shut, and it's not so loose that I have any concerns about it flying off. The only thing I will mention is that is this cover is left on during the summer, there is a chance that the inside material could stick to the heater. When you have the combination of moisture/condensation with the strong summer sun baking down on it, if the interior of the cover is right up against the heater making solid contact with it, there is a chance it could "stick" to the heater when you try to remove it. So just be aware of that. It's also important to note that you will likely still need a step ladder to put this on, as you have to start by putting the top of the cover over the entire top of the heater. Depending on how tall you are and how far your reach extends, you may be able to sort of toss it over the top and have it land just right, but I am not tall enough to do that. That said, I'm totally happy with this cover and definitely recommend it. It's a good item for a fair price.

The patio heater covers that originally came with my patio heaters were not exactly great, so it was nice to finally replace them just in time for this Nor'easter that's blowing through the area. This cover was noticeably thicker and more resilient than others, and the zipper was a heavier gauge as well. There is a drawstring at the bottom to keep the cover snug around the base too. I found it easy to "lasso" the top of the heaters with the cover and get the wide part of the cover around the reflector at the top. This was also an improvement over the cheap covers I had before. Getting the rest of the cover around the lower portion of the heater only takes seconds, and the zipper closed smoothly. In the pic you can see I have my two heaters tethered to a 4x4 that's planted in a rock-filled basket. I do this because we've had the heaters take a nose dive in previous windstorms. This cover did a great job protecting the heater and was put to the test quickly thanks to this storm. They work exactly as intended and fit my heaters perfectly. Between the rain, wind, and falling twigs and acorns, I'm impressed with how this cover still looks great and I'm very happy I upgraded.

Perfect replacement for my old patio heater cover. I store mine during the summer and this keeps the moisture and dust from settling on the heater. It has a nice storage bag that makes it easy to store in a drawer during the winter months.

As you can see in the photo, this cover does cover the heater pretty well. The only issue I had was just how tall these heaters are. It is a bit of a challenge to get the cover up and over the top of the heating hood. I needed to grab a chair to get it ups and over and then was able to zip it up fairly easily. My only gripe is that the pull string needs to go under the unit, so as you can see in the pic I opted to leave the bottom open a little, which isn't a big deal, but something to note.

The media could not be loaded. This cover does the job it was made for well, cover and protect my patio heater. The zipper extends the full length of the storage bag which makes it very easy to use. I appreciate the added drawstring at the bottom to help provide extra security against strong winds and keep rain and snow out. It comes with a pouch for storing the cover when not in use. I tuck this inside the cover with the patio heater so I don't lose it and can find it when I need to store the cover while the heater is in use. The cover fits my heater well and has a nice clean look to it without any excess material sagging or gathering at the bottom. My one complaint with quality is the crazy amount of loose threads along the zipper. The zipper is otherwise nice and smooth and works well until it gets caught up on the threads. It's easy enough to trim them off with scissors, but I have done this twice now and just keep finding more. I'll probably just try melting them with a lighter to stop the unraveling. Otherwise, it's a great cover at a very reasonable price to pay to protect your heater and extend its life. Happy shopping!

Just what I needed to protect my new EastOak patio heater. Went on easily and strapped in well to avoid movement. Material appears durable so should get years of use from it! Zipper works as expected. Straps hold cover in place.

I didn't even know they made these covers, so was excited when I saw it available. Really my fault as I never really looked before. This fits my outdoor patio heater great. It was easy to put on and secure it to the heater. I did tilt the heater down a bit ago I could reach the top. It fit really well. My potato heater top is about 33" and this left a little room at the top. It then tapered down on the sides with a zipper the full length. Lastly it has a pull cord to secure the bottom. Material seems thicker and a decent quality and the zippers are a nicer quality which should add durability. I also like it shipped with a storage bag, but I'm not sure I'll be able to get it back in there.
