Wood was chipped in multiple places , has a big crack in one of the pieces of wood , top door wasn’t assembled correctly so when u put it on it sets off the the left not square with the rest of the cage , I received it Wednesday and took pics and contacted seller same day to resolve this , waited 48hours and nothing messaged again on the 3rd day and nothing so that’s why I’m writing this review ... show more

I liked how easy it was to put together, however, my ferret ripped thru the siding almost immediately. The mesh wire is not strong enough for anything bigger than perhaps a Guinea pig.

This is seriously one of the most disappointing buys ever!! It’s going to be such a hassle to return it .. it but I’m definitely not keeping this junk.. it’s very cheap and flimsy I was annoyed with how soo many pieces arrived damaged or broken all together. I love the pull out tray. My girls use the ramps and Climb the sides. The small bar spacing is great so we don’t have any escape artists. Update November 2022 My rats chewed through the bottom tray....very irritated.

I bought this cage for my daughter's ferret and with in 2 weeks he had already chewed through the cage plastic wires NOT metal that it should have been made with for the price I paid. NOT HAPPY at all!

This was a crowded place for my chinchilla. He was not happy in there. I have to let him out in a playpen to keep up his mood. By the time I put in all chin necessities, there was no room for him to run and play. The wire was plastic, not metal, so easy to chew through.
