I have a 5 foot opening into my home office in the new house I just built. Guess what? 5' barn doors are freakin' expensive if you buy them complete. I had a craftsman construct mine from premium grade beech paneling and 1x6 trim. Only problem was, the door was crazy heavy. Most barn door hardware is rated for 250 pounds. This door blew right by that metric and I was leery of using lite-weight hardware. This kit is rated over 300 pounds (maybe 350?) and when installed (I have 11 feet of track to completely clear the opening) the door rolls incredibly smoothly. It has rubber stops on each end of the door, so you never have to worry about the door coming off the track. I would so buy this again! Sorry for cropping off the bottom, I had some personal items on the floor I was still putting away.

Great seller with a good product! Very sturdy feel. My contractors that installed it absolutely loves it!! Easy to install. I do agree it looks fantastic! I ordered 1 set from CCJH and another set from another manufacturer due to the length difference between 2 of the openings in our home. This CCJH kit I ordered is far better than the other one - both my contractors and I agree. The product had been sitting here at the house after delivery waiting for the contractors to complete the remodel. By the time we were trying to install the door, we realized we were missing one of the plastic spacers for the rail. I contacted the seller and BAM, the extra part was delivered in 2 days! What great customer service!! Thank you, guys for making our bathroom look so awesome!

This is a hefty piece of equipment, very sturdy, and looks great. The 3-part track is tricky to install, with all parts being level at the same time. You'll need two people to do this correctly. Directions are essentially worthless, but if you're a do-it-yourselfer you will figure this one out on your own.

Pretty easy to install! This is an indoor system but I used it outside with lattice work under my desk. Rolls smooth and easy. I sprayed it first with outdoor spray paint, lubricated the rollers and then put a drip edge over the track and door to protect it from the weather.

I've built and installed a lot of barn doors, and recently used this brand/style for a set of doors. I'm not 100% sure I'd use again. Main rail that the wheels run on is actually six 12" inch pieces of steel that are held together by small metal clips that fit (quite well) between each 12" piece of rail. Once mounted the rail seems quite sturdy, but during the install the rails have a fair amount of flex and at one point came apart. Personally I prefer the single piece steel rails. For the price, though, this does seem like a good product as long as you can work with this rail type.
