I reached out to customer service to explain and a replacement was sent out. I’m glad I chose a replacement instead of the refund bc my teen was so happy with her items. There was a variety of items and they came in a cute, unique display. DO NOT BUY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY… This advent calendar came with 12 items and 7 of the boxes (MAJORITY) came with lip products that are not worth that value that they are providing, while the blush and bronzer are way too dark. To say the least the products are very poor quality, with the bronzer, blush and eyeshadow all being ruined and a complete mess when I opened the boxes, it looked like my hands were totally glitter bombed. Package was beautiful and cute, however, not what I expected. It is fun, playful makeup that a younger girl would love, im sure. Like others have stated, the products do seem fairly cheap. Think of little girls makeup (lip smackers, etc.) and this was up a notch. My fault for not looking at exactly what came in it - but was hoping for a bit more quality items.
